The gym offers great equipment and 2 rings and lots of boxing and training footwork. Great atmosphere and very reasonable fees. Fees are very reasonable. It is a good place with clean and organized club. Staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming. Good vibe and environment with variety of people of all ages. Safe and all equipment needs to successfully be healthy. Machines are always working and cooling system is great. Waters are 50 cents and helpful when you forget water. Three bathrooms Two TV’s Spacious overall great place to stay in shape. Kids can do Karateclasses and learn self discipline respect and self defense martial art. It recommend for anyone from the youngest to the oldest.

My grandchildren are doing Karateclasses here with SenseiMike Tobin. What a great activity for the kids. It teaches self discipline and respect, and to be accountable, of course the self defense and martial art. Best move I made all summer!

The club is so clean and organized and that's really important especially at a time like this. The staff is friendly, attentive and welcoming. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would!
