Holy crap.
I was transported eating this food. To another dimension. Another timeline.
Everything is so fresh and delicious. Literally some of the best food I’ve ever had. It puts all other japanese food to shame.

On 11/15/24, I ordered salmon/avocado roll, salad, & vegetable pickles. As I anticipated, they were all delicious: salmons were so good, it almost melts in your mouth, and vegetable pickles, with combinations of onions, red cabbage, broccoli , kimuchi, & daikons were excellent. Hatake kitchen exceeded my expectations again! Try them , you like them,
Vegetarian options: Try vegetable pickling with avocado rolls.

BEST food in Mendocino county, so fresh and tasty. The people making this food LOVE cooking and you can tell from the food itself, amazing experience each time. This place is INCREDIBLE! I stopped on my way through town, and picked up several items to go - onigiri, bento and rolls. Oh my goodness. Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful! Do yourself a favor and stop in.

Phenomenal Japanese food in Willits, CA. Easily the best food in town and the best Japanese food in the area. Excellent sushi, delicious bento boxes (with big servings), wonderful ramen and almost everything is made with at least some fresh local ingredients. And the chef is the nicest guy in the world. Can’t say enough good things about Hatake Farm Kitchen.
