Les Schwab in Willits seems to work for me.After 2 sets of light truck tires & other services, the experience has been fair.Sorta like automotive shops that give you " Out the Door" price before starting the work order.

This place used to be the best around not sure what happenedFirst time this year I went in with my 2007 Tacoma asked for a full break and suspension inspection. Called 20 mins before closing and was notified there was nothing wrong with the breaking or suspension system other than an and light that dealership would have to check?!Full story 2 months previously I went in and was told I needed new front struts and rear drum breaks I never replaced the struts or drum breaks in that time how are they magically ok and not need replacing?Since then I removed the sway bar and end links for bushing replacements they did NOT even notice the swaybar was completely missing off the truck??!! Last thing the TPS sensors are bad and needed replacing also.I went in with full expectation to have them replace sway bar bushings end links rear breaks struts tps sensors and anything else may have been warn.I am extremely convinced my truck was never looked at.This was only #1Next I called requesting a quote on a set of 34/10.50 R17 tires I was laughed at and asked if I was sure that was even a size??!! At a tire shop none the less. So then I asked about a 285/70R17 I was laughed at once again and told they are back ordered and can not get them at any point ever? The stock Jeep rubicon tire size can’t be gotten?!

My husband went to town from the mountain on several shredded tires.A week after replacement of very pricy m/s tires we already have an issue with one and woke up to a flat. He called and was told to come right in to be taken care of. Mind you we have one vehicle, 3 kids and it’s an hour and a half drive. Upon arrival the best they can do is patch the tire and it will take an hour and a half…it’s been over FOUR hours and he is still sitting in the waiting room. This is unacceptable. And if a tire is a week old and flat I want a replacement, and with a 60,000 mile warranty it should be replaced! They told us you need to pay for a new tire for a replacement…what. Not to mention my husband asked for the bathroom and no one let him know where it was or if it was okay…for four hours. Where is the human decency here?! What horrid customer service and treatment by the manager Mitch and team.

In early September I was on my way to Ft. Bragg. I was 6 miles from Willits when my car started making a loud clunking noise which increased with speed and alarmed us! I pulled into Les Schwab in Willits and a very nice young man named Jack greeted me and drove my car around the lot, he agreed I had a problem. They put the car up on the rack to check it out. In just under an hour, I was back on my way. An inner fender shield had turned loose and was rubbing the tire. Collin checked me out and with no charge. Just want to give these young men a thank you for being so polite and helpful. I highly recommend Willits Les Schwab.

Got a flat while traveling and decided it was time to replace the tires. We were on our way to a wedding. Made an appointment online and called just to make sure they had our tires in stock. The person on the phone curtly told us they didn't make same day appointments. We decided to try our luck. They had the tires in stock and took our car into the shop right away. Said it would be about an hour. Fast forward two hours, and we were still waiting. They didn't apply the advertised discount for getting all four tires.

Best customer service and nicest technicians I’ve ever encountered. Had issues with the wheels on our vintage camper on our way to go camp. They fit us in, swapped out the bent wheel with our spare, swapped the tires and didn’t charge us a penny. They also helped us understand what we needed to buy when we got home. Highly recommend this place!! Would go here regularly if I lived closer :)

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!! Second time I brought in a tire for repair that they didn't repair the first time! They did such a horrible job on my brakes it destroyed the rotors. DO NOT bring your vehicle here EVER!!!! Terrible customer service, totally inaccurate wait times, they lie just to get you in the door. Go to Graviers in Laytonville, (independent mom and pop) or Nor Crawl across the street, (locally owned). These big box corporations do not care about you at all. Your money is way better spent on community owned businesses, NOT big corporations like Les Schwab. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! Another wasted day of my life waiting for Les Schwab. They said it would take one to two hours tops to rotate my tires and fix a slow leak they failed to fix the first time. I'VE BEEN WAITING 3 HOURS AND THEY ARE FINALLY JUST NOW GETTING TO MY VEHICLE!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

Don’t waste your time, go across the street to Nor Crawl. Pulled into Les Schwab on the way home from the coast with an almost flat tire (picked up a screw). The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude! I’ve been a faithful Schwab customer for 25+ years and have NEVER had such terrible customer service. She said it would be a 2+ hour wait. We didn’t waste our time, went across the street and received friendly, excellent service from the guys at the local tire shop! We were back on our way in no time.Don’t waste the stop for rude, awful service at Willits Les Schwab!

These guys fixed the front brakes on my '85 F150 for my daughter, in the middle of her trip. Even though they were sent the right part- they went the extra mile (all the way to Santa Rosa and back!) to get the correct part to get her back on the road - instead of waiting for the company to deliver it the next day. The day she left, she had to return though. She lost a tire on the trailer she was towing! They managed to find a rim and tire for this ancient, industrial strength trailer, and got her BACK on the road, again! Thank you, everyone there, and especially PAUL. You were so patient with us!

Came in with a flat, they got me fixed, changed the spare back out, and in the road in short order. All with friendly customer service and free of charge!

My daughter had brake problems on our '85 Ford truck on the way over from Fort Bragg, so she stopped in Willits. It was around 4:30 pm, but they were great about hunting down all the parts for the breaks, and were on the repair first thing the next morning. Whomever sent the parts sent a wrong part in the correct box. When contacted, they wanted to wait until 3pm to send it out. Paul sent a guy to Santa Rosa to get the part, so my daughter could get back on the road. These guys went above and beyond - but I feel like that's just the way they always operate. Anyone needing brake work or tires - come here.

We had all 4 tires replaced, and when got the vehicle back the TPM's weren't working and a clanking noise from one of the wheels. My wife took the vehicle back to the Willits Les Schwab, and Paul, the Manager told here it would be over $400 to replace the TPMs as they are bad. She told him they worked when we brought it in for tires, and he told her that they "just go bad". The noise was a TPM that came loose in the tire.I talked to Paul and asked how what he told my wife is possible? He said they just go bad. I reminded him they worked before they put hands on it. He admitted they they my owe us one for the faulty install the was rolling around in the tire.He says "look, I told your wife what happen, not my fault she doesn't understand".Took it to Commercial Tire. Behold, 1 faulty TPM due to bad install. The rest worked. The price of replacement was 25% less than the corporate giant.I will never purchase or get service from Les Schwab ever again.
