We come into Moon Lady while on Thanksgiving break and have not missed a black Friday event in years. We live in the Central Valley and order from website a couple times a year as well. Exceptional Customer Service UGG Tassman Found! I was on a desperate hunt for the UGG Tassman in size 5 for my wife, and after days of fruitless searching, I was about to give up. This store was a lifesaver! They not only had the boots in stock but also expedited the shipping and included complimentary gift wrapping, all while I was located 8 states away. Their response time was incredibly fast, and the shipping was equally swift. This level of service is truly outstanding. I will definitely be shopping for all my future gifts here! Moon Lady & Moon Man has got to have the best customer service ever! Twice they have helped me with Johnny Was items. They had one of their staff try on items to make certain they would fit me and sent photos. This was so kind of them because I live in Florida. Repeat business from me for sure!

Went in to look around, and found some really nice things, but the woman working was pretty rude, and was trying her hardest to hurry us to buy something or go. Also was short with us when we asked questions about the hats.My partner and I left. We'll never go back.

My nephew wanted these Birkenstocks and he wears a large size. Shop Moon Lady had them in larger sizes and shipped immediately that day. Had the shoes in less than a week and for a great price. Also answers email questions super quick and we got to support a small business.
