Refused to fill my propane tank due to short staff. But there was no one in the store or in the parking lot. And short staff is not my problem. Your refusing a service that advertise.

The manager there is absolutely disgusting. He harasses my friends when they go in, charges things to their card they don't want, and constantly takes the items they're trying to purchase and hiding it behind his back until they have to beg for it back. Definitely won't be spending any money there or recommending people stop by. Disgusting that he's in a manager position.

I stopped here Wednesday 1/3 at 11:30 pm. My gas light was on and I needed to get home to Redwood Valley. I put my credit card in the machine. The pump locked my card and then did nothing. I could not pump gas, get my card back, nothing. Now I am driving home with no gas, with my credit card locked in a pump in Willits. I tried calling to leave a voicemail, no voicemail. I tried messaging them using Facebook, not an option.

Willits, CA. What’s wrong with Pump #8 Premium? It took ten minutes to pump $16-worth of fuel. That’s less than 3 gallons. After $16 I quit. Fuel gauge didn’t even come up to 1/4 tank.

A good gas station with a pretty complete convenience store. I truly only stop here for the dinosaur. I think it's a cool mascot. The store is clean, the customer service is good, and they sell ice.
