Very good communication and cut me a good deal since we was so far out of town. Would definitely recommend them if your having car problems in the willits area.”

“We had an excellent experience with All in One Auto. My husband and daughter were stranded outside of Willits on their way to a college visit. It was the middle of the night, pitch black. Their cel phone service was intermittent and the internet nonexistent.I was able to contact All in One from the Bay area and the dispatch operator instantly put me at ease. She assured me that she was sending a great tow operator (Rory) that knew the area and gave me a reasonable time frame with which to expect him which I was able to relay to my stranded family members. She also assured me that the driver would be able to get them to a hotel once the car was dropped off at a shop.Rory was there well within the time frame, and once they put it up in the truck was able to help my husband diagnose the problem - which luckily turned out to be a quick fix. He recommended a local shop where he could safely leave the car, and he felt it would have the best chance of being looked at in the morning. He gave my husband both his own card and the card of the shop owner before dropping them off at the hotel.The shop was able to help in the morning which was amazing.Both staff members our family interacted with were friendly, personable and incredibly helpful during a very stressful situation and we were very lucky that they were the company we worked with.Service: Car towing”

We met our most excellent driver in the parking lot at 166 Main Street in Willits, and he loaded our Toyota Prius on the truck and advised us the best place to haul our sorry situation was to Thurston Auto Plaza in Ukiah. I wish I had written down his name, as my phone erased it. His name began with the letter J and he was most pleasant and very competent.
