The woman that helped us was a real b******* She should not be working with the public. We wanted ice cream in a cone, got it finally. She had a real attitude with us. Didn't even thank us buying our ice cream. If I was the boss there and saw what she did I would fire her o the spot . Manager should .

Really bad. My dentist has called in prescriptions twice that they didn't fill. In major pain and they still said they didn't have them. Then they look in computer and prescriptions were there. Very unreliable. Then had to wait an hour in pain because they can't fill them quickly? Never again.

Bathroom was clean. Employees were helpful and guided me through signing up for a rite aid card. I ended up saving $3. Would have paid full price if it weren't for the cashier offering the loyalty card. Thank you :)

This pharmacy hires racist Indian pharmacists who openly discriminates against people who are sick and need medications. This pharmacist clearly thinks he is better than everyone around. He asks unethical questions and will deny you medications just because he takes joy in making life difficult for people who need help. His prices are through the roof and his staff all have attitudes except for 1 woman that works their who is constantly having to apologize for his rudeness. Don't go here unless you want to pay really high prices, not get your medications filled and feel like your being asked really personal and unethical harassing questions by a pharmacist. I may report him to his board. He was incredibly racist and rude

Nothing too special, they have what you need at average prices. The staff seem pretty laid back, which is fine. Basically everything was average, the customer service is average, the selection is average, the store set up is average. Nothing really stands out except that their restrooms are kind of hard to find if it's your first time in the store. However, they will most likely have what you need. Still, maybe after you go here you should check out the Bistro in the same parking lot and get something special.

This Rite Aide is horrible. I have 2 prescriptions that i have to have. The reason i amsaying this is yesterday i went to the rite aide in Ukiah to pick up Lantus. My Dr did not put in refills. So long storey short they gave me 3 days worth 1 pen. Ok it was the very next day i get a notification my lantus is ready. Sovi go to the Rite Aide in Willits. I figure no prob . I go to pharmacy let the gal no why i am there only to be told that i have to gk back to Willits to get my medicine. I say no i dont thsts 22 miles away? I then vet told i have 3 days worth and they have to wait until my insurance pays for it before i can get a refill anyhow. I say whatever and leave. I have never heard of such a thing. Willits Rite Aide is not very professional

Its a phones that you call a number asm d give your info. You then write the number they give you on the phone. Go to the register and collect your money
