They have rules about payment. Once you’re late it’s hard to pay. That being said they are generally easy to work with and the Yard Sale is a blast.

Facilities are very clean and well organized. I didn't get a chance to meet with a manager of the property but from what I can see. This is a good place to store your goods.

I will forever remember these people after 15 years being there could not call me before they sold my unit then have nerve to ask for more money. I cannot forgive losing everything. And she said she sent mail but changed my address to az house without permission and knew I was here and not get mail there. Ohhh and they have tons of rats
