Overpriced, limited selection. Adversarial to customers and know there are not many choices in town. Recently closed both restrooms to customers as well making it inconvenient to shop if you are a busy worker trying to get supplies and have human needs. Reflects the illogical attitudes of management and staff in how they value customers.

I live an hour from this hardware store. It is the closest one to where we live. I LOVE coming here. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help, every time I drive out but specifically today.
I stopped by today after a very long day and the women (all three of them that were working) were SO helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and were absolutely delightful to shop with and be around. I wish I would have gotten their names, but they all deserve a raise and a thank you.

My grandmother, Idell Brock Moon, and my family has patronized this store for as long as I can recall, being we're residents of hoopa. I went in today to exchange a Xmas gift I did not get a receipt with at Christmas in an attempt to exchange for worm medicine. My puppy is in dire need of worm treatment and I told the ace rep. They did not care.
This Ace hardware, they do not honor the products they sell even to customers that have patronized their store for over 20 years. I think ACE has a responsibility to the community and CSR is appropriate in this case. Please boycott!
Please Use daisy's supply down the street. Daisy's has animal lovers with compassion towards the community that regularly patronizes their store, DAISY'S has true animal lovers and are faithful to the community that buys their goods. Truth!

I really love Ace So many times I needed help with my bathroom! I have twins they are.busy all the time. Like flushing a toy car down the toilet
Thanks for the advice it worked! Yeah,Yeah! Now I dont freak out that much.
I know I have help, I have Ace the prefect place gives me peace of mind. Wonderful place if you cant.find what you need theres always a person that will help you when you are in need!
