“5 stars for the company, and 1000 stars for the gentleman who helped us! ✨
I unfortunately did not get his name, but I want to recognize how amazing he was. He was kind, patient, flexible, and handled everything in such a timely and professional manner. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere, scared and panicking, and he completely turned the situation around and made it feel calm and manageable.
His friendliness and willingness to help made all the difference, and I am so grateful for the care he showed us during a very stressful moment. Truly above and beyond service.
Thank you so much, may God bless you always! 🙏”
