The staff at Campora were helpful and engaged when I called with a problem concerning the pilot light on my stovetop not working. They came and assessed the stovetop situation, found a problem with my water heater and suggested repairs that addressed the situations. They were agreeable to my limited ability to be present for the work. I am grateful for their help and look forward to having them continue with the repairs.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for gas left in the tank they picked up over 6 months ago. They have assured me that I would get a refund over the phone after calling several times, but haven’t seen it yet. I’m glad I switched to Sequoia gas!
