Janel is somewhat rude. God forbid she has to stop talking to her non employee friend, who was sitting on the counter, to help others in line. I asked if my package had arrived, and every question she asked me was just to get me to go away. Do you have a p.o. box, did you get a slip, etc. I showed her my delivery confirmation email, my slip, and the po box key. I told her I spoke with Janel on the phone about my package being delivered, and her attitude changed. I verified her name, and suddenly, she remembered where she put it. During this process, I went to my truck multiple to verify I had all the information, and she was still talking to the same non employee.
While there, I renewed my po box, I was charged for a full year because she decided not to mention the other prices. I have since closed my po box.

This is a great little post office in Willow Creek, the folks are super friendly and ready to help you out how ever they can, there is a counter to ship your stuff from or pick up bigger items that will not fit in your PO Box. They sell stamps and have boxes and tape for sale, great place , highly recommend

Horrible phone service. They're intentionally not answering the phone so that they can leave early. I've been waiting for an hour and the line keeps dropping. I know they're not this busy, but customer service means nothing to then as long as they can lay around in they're lazy asses and do nothing.

I love the Willow Creek post office! The staff is very helpful and efficient. After hours mail pick up is also a huge plus.
