“Although I was initially quite disappointed with there being no notification when Bank of America sold the Willows, Ca branch, along with a few changes when Bank of Commerce took over, bank staff remained the same. I have had a few issues along the way with charges that should not have happened, but this was not due to the bank, it was due to fraudulent charges by businesses that should not have charged the account. Bank manager, Judy, along with Gabriel & a couple others have always done their best to help with any issues and straighten things out when I have had a problem.”
