“My debt card had an unauthorized transaction on a Saturday morning. Columbia Bank was on it. The young lady I spoke with that morning, and am sorry I don't recall her name, gave me opportunity to go to an ATM, call a number, and a supervisor would allow me to make a cash withdrawal. This, to me, is going above and beyond customer service. I didn't take advantage of this because it was cold outside. I called my Willows branch, Monday morning and explained the situation. They told me they could print me a new card when I came in. I said I would be there after work. When I walked in, everything was ready... it took less than five minutes! I have no words to express how grateful the customer service was to me. I have been a customer since the bank was Umpqua, Tehama (and I worked there), and before that. What you have now is superior service... and the people in Willows, CA always make me feel special.”

I am glad I found this branch in Willows! They have a drive thru as well. They are closed on the weekends but the drive thru was open.
