Very cozy air conditioned room. I found my room to be very clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable, hot water was very hot and had good pressure. The WiFi here was great actually, thankfully. I love that there is a Starbucks directly next door. They have a full breakfast now! They did not used to a while back. I would say overall great room at a great price. Good place to rest up and shower. The only thing I would say is that the towels were a bit rough and thin. Although they were very clean and orderly. I will stay here again. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Much appreciated!

Stayed here on our way up to the redwoods.
Right off the freeway.

Air conditioner great (was HOT!).
Good breakfast.

I've never had anything but a great experience at the Best Western hotel located in Willows, CA. Recommend it to anyone who needs a nice, clean and comfortable room in WIllows.

After being broken down on I5 for 6 hours we were desperate. This place had a pool and we called and confirmed it was in order, so we headed there.
We were pleasantly surprised. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. The rooms were actually much nicer than expected. Our base rate room even had a microwave and decent sized fridge.
The pool was functional and clean. The showers ran hot for 4 showers in a row; which was nice. The ice makers produces unlimited ice to fill our drink cups.
The staff allowed us to park our giant toy haulers in the back gravel lot; which had cameras on it. They even were not angered by us replacing our fuel pump back there (we were clean and tidy about that).
The cherry on top was their “continental” breakfast in the morning. It was a full spread breakfast; not just pastries.
This was one of the best of Best Western. And again the staff here is what made it so. They all deserve a raise.
Rooms: Clean and well stocked. Mini fridge and microwave.
Walkability: Close to restaurants, Starbucks, and dollar tree.
Food & drinks: Amazing free breakfast
Noteworthy details: RV parking out back.

We stayed one night in a 2-queen to break up a long drive. Had a blast in the pool - clean, gorgeous warm evening. The room was clean but the curtains were stained and there was no hairdryer. It felt old but it was also a good value. Exterior entrances. Breakfast was great - a lot of choices: bacon, sausage, omelets, bread, bagels, muffins, waffles, yogurt parfait, juice, bananas, oranges. Starbucks and Dollar Tree next door. Small, clean town which seems to function primarily as a travel stop with a motel row, gas, fast food, Walmart..

Typical nice rooms as BW hotels have. Dog friendly with good walking areas for our little chi-mix. Good location off Interstate 5, restaurants nearby...we ate at Casa Ramos.

My grandfather and I stopped in on a trip from California to Canada.
I’m wiring the review for one reason - Patricia’s customer service was amazing, and made our stay very comfortable.
Thanks again!

Pretty decent hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. They have Netflix in the room. That's a win. The location was great for a work trip, plenty of affordable food close. Dollar tree for all your basic traveling needs. Hostess was kind and inviting. Would recommend for a simple nights stay.

Super strong smell of some kind of cleaner.....cobwebs ...I thought a 160 dollar room would be better

This Best Western is a little run down. I've stayed in better ones, but the room was clean and the bed was actually comfortable. The towels were rough and thin. It's conveniently next to an Sbux that opens early. The breakfast fare was a tad below average for it's class, but that's not the reason why I stay at a hotel. Parking was plenty. It's a good base for visiting the nearby wildlife refuges

The rooms are what you expect for Best Western. Clean and comfortable. The service was very good, small problem with my first room and was moved to another room without having to ask!

Not hard to imagine businesses trying to save money, but my biggest gripe is the towels are old and rough. This one is a bit more run down than another BW we stayed at the night before. Beds were firm but acceptable. Room was clean with the exception the inside of the toilet bowl had a remnant of someone else's time there. Staff was great. The food was good, not as much and varied as the other BW we stayed in. Parked on the north side under a street light where the Starbucks business is located.

One of the best Best Westerns we've stayed in. Yes the room was on the small side. But it looked & smelled clean, fresh looking paint, plenty of towels, great shower with clean white (not yellow) tub, large TV. Even the bed linens smelled fresh & clean which is rare. Nice new looking pillows I wasn't afraid to lay my head on. Clean carpet. We requested a pet friendly room for our two pugs & wonder of wonders it didn't smell like a nasty dog house! Just a regular room. Responsible pet owners (like us) REALLY appreciate that! And the complimentary breakfast was excellent (cheese omeletes), still fully stocked at 8am, & super clean & tidy. Staff was cheerful & greeted you. Thank you & kudos to the owners & managers!Food & drinks: Very nice breakfast as noted above. Just one block south from the motel is Black Bear Diner & an excellent Mexican restaraunt called Casa Ramos. Note-worthy margaritas there!
