I was very shocked at how friendly the customer service is here. You don’t see that in allot of places. Ron seems like an awesome employee and is a genuinely friendly guy. You can tell when someone is genuine when you meet them.

Went there to use the bathroom and was greeted by a very enthusiastic and friendly guy named Rich, he has corn rows. I was feeling down and he made me laugh and turned my whole day around! Great guy, deserves a raise! Thank you Rich!

My friend and I got lost for over an hour and a half when we finally arrived here “Thank God” or so I thought. We were here at 9:40pm the guy was so rude told us to leave said no to us using the restroom and getting gas! He was very very rude he said he had already closed the tills down yet someone had went in right before us got their things and left no problem. We are still running on fumes looking for another gas station. My grandpa and grandma both retired from Chevron. My grandpa was an engineer and my grandma worked for the naval part of the company for over 30 years. They put a lot of blood and sweat and hard work into that company and when I see employees like this representing my grandma and grandpas company it makes me sink in my chest. You shouldn’t have people like that working for you. Hopefully something get done in regards to this.

Their gas pump is broken that won’t stop filling when the is tank is full. And the staff is simply blaming you for not looking at the pump. Terrible experience

Usually the most accessible in town, with the friendliest customer service to offer, wayde, Damian, and Melissa.. you guys go the extra mile to help . This review is concerning the heavier set Man on duty at 8 pm 11 /18 was awful to customers no manners or skills whatsoever in hospitality.

DONT EAT FROM THE HOTCASE! FOOD IS FROZEN AND SLOWLY WARMED BY HEAT LAMPS! TOXIC! PROOF THEY HAVE FROZEN FOOD IN BOX WARMING.( WHITE CASTLE SLIDERS) PRETTY SURE THEY REFREEZE UNSOLD FOOD PREPARED IN STORE. I REPORTED TO GLENN COUNTY HEALTH. DONT EAT THERE.

This station is the BEST I've ever seen on I-5. Friendly, helpful cashiers. Great selection of products and the deli food is the absolute best! Love the pork shanks, breakfast empanadas, pizza, and burgers!

Avoid this place like the plague. Gas was more than 30% higher than the travel center 2 mi up i-5. This is obviously a price gouging operation. As gas prices begin to come down in california, a few holdouts will steal from the public for as long as they can.
