Roof leaks, ruined alot of very old furniture. The door seal was rock hard and did not seal off the bottom of door allowing dirt and dust to blow into the unit everywhere.

Yeah we've had some stuff stored there for a while and it hasn't been bad at all it's locked up nobody can get into it they got a gate there we have to go through a gate they give you a key so you can get through the gate to your storage

Since these units are under new ownership, they have added security camera's, new fencing and do walk thru's often. Management is very helpful and friendly.
