Even though my room was supposed to be non smoking, cigarette smoke still came in through the Air Conditioner and Door cracks. Manager was rude and refused to change the room to a more suitable room. They claimed they couldn't control the smoking and wouldn't take responsibility as innkeepers. State law requires no smoking within 20 feet of businesses.

Very good basic motel. Clean and comfortable. We stay here often when driving between Oregon and California. Well priced, good value.

one of the better motel 6’s ive stayed at. room was clean and spacious. bathroom had a larger shower than typical and the beds were comfortable. the girl at the check in stand was kind and efficient.

I don't know if it's my own fault but I had asked for a room on the bottom floor because I have bad knees and I was given the handicap room which is normal for me because of my knee issues. But this handicap room just smelled like straight poop so that was kind of gross the whole night. Especially since it wasn't my poop. The staff was very friendly.
The bug problem in that town is no joke. Comes 6:00 p.m. you need to be indoors so they're not kidding when they say that at the desk. My room came with mosquitoes already in it waiting for me so that was fun.
The Chinese restaurant in the parking lot next to the hotel is closed on Mondays, but if you're there on any other day it's actually worth your time. They make good food.
I had ordered from the bear restaurant nearby and that was not good food.
I've stated this hotel many times on my trips to California to see family because of the Chinese restaurant specifically. It's just a normal motel 6 otherwise.

Newly renovated, the pillows have a strange smell. Overall, it's much better than the unrenovated Motel 6.

Pretty one of the few options for thunderhill. Was recently renovated a little but service isn't great. I'd go to super 8 across the street instead

The only reason I didn't give this amazing motel 6 a 5 star is lack of pool. The service and cleanliness is great. But in the heat all my kids wanted was water. Rooms and staff were great though highly recommend.

The last time I was there, I had to pay a deposit for the dogs. This time, I didn't have to. the rooms were good and they have a place for the dogs to go.

It is Motel 6 so do not expect the Ritz. The room was clean. The front desk was very friendly. There were a few remodels in the room that seemed to be done by someone less than proficient but otherwise a good room with comfortable beds.

Very clean rooms, close to everything. What set it apart from other motels was the front desk employee who was on duty when I checked in. Makhiy, (hopefully I got the spelling at least close). She was extremely polite and attentive. She explained everything very well. And it was obvious that she was very genuine. I had a problem with the smoke detector chirping. She didn’t hesitate to come to the room very determined to solve the problem. Which she did. She didn’t say I’ll get maintenance, she took the initiative and was apologetic. Although it wasn’t her fault. It’s rare to find employees who really care and strive to keep customers happy. She is truly a gem, I will definitely return.

This motel 6 is a wonderfully clean, safe, functional and well renovated place. Also a nice sized room with a comfortable bed and pillows, good shower/tub and fresh towels. I truly don't believe you could find a better place for such a price point as this... I will absolutely be back!
