I would highly recommend banking from and when you have problems calling the willow's location of Umpqua bank. The manager who helped me. I believe her name was Theresa I'm just not good at remembering names Went above and beyond today to help me with my issues. Unlike all of my visits and calls to the orland location, I They made sure to make me feel like they were there to help me And even took the time to continue looking at my account after my phone call had ended with her.

I don't bank here but was given a check & told to cash it there... I was shocked when I was told it would cost me $8.00 to cash the check because I didn't have an account there... my own bank doesn't charge. They also required a photo ID & thumb print. My friend didn't know this and was embarrassed.

Went in opened a checking account and savings account. The teller was friendly and knowledgeable to the different concerns I had. I was amazed at how fast it was to set up an account. Every time I've been there they have been so friendly and kind. I still don't know my account by heart so they have to look it up and they do it without an attitude that I have gotten from other banks.
