I went to open a bank account and I was looked at like I was going to rob the place they took my ten thousand dollar check told me I had to wait 7days...on the 7th day I was told to wait another 2days when I went to draw out some money they said they closed my account I asked for my check back and I was told that they were sending it back to me general mail I stated that I had it delivered overnight fed-ex I had to wait for it..long story shirt it took I waited a month to get my check cash.

The bank manager doesn’t like working with elderly people who have had financial setbacks. He is a rude person. US Bank is a good company overall but you should think twice about working with the willows branch.

The other review says it how it is! This bank is SERIOUSLY MESSED UP! They ignore and act they hate business! It is SO weird, it's like they are doing you a favor to even be depositing your money. I am planning to pull all my accounts asap, but in the meantime, DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH if you want customer service in any way, shape or form.

I went to US Bank in Willows, CA to open a checking account on 8/19/2020. I had a $22,000 deposit! They turned me away because I didn't have an appointment; they didn't offer to help make that appointment while I was there (they wanted me to leave and make an appointment) - even though I explained I had traveled 2 hours to get there. They were rude, unprofessional and ended up opening an account across the street at Umpqua, where they treated me like a human being. Imagine that???!! I can't believe how I was treated so insignificantly - and this is a consumer-facing business. I can't understand why they would turn someone away - there was NO ONE in the bank. 4 employees, none of them were busy. If I could give -5 stars in this review, I would!

Sadly I cant give negative stars .Went to willows from auburn as we needed to open a business account . We both have us bank accounts figured easy peasy. The manager whom must have a mental issue as he would not look at us while we begged them to just open a joint account. The 4 tellers who had NO customers just looked at us and said you have to have an appointment and you have to do it on line ... I tried to explain we are from out of town 2 hour ish drive. And we just need to do the account so we can deposit 20k check. They the tellers (4) where doing NOTHING we where the only ones in the bank refused to help. I tried to go to the manager who had his face buried in his hands so as not to look at me or anything . It honestly felt like they dont want customers and didnt even apologize for not helping . They just looked at us and said you need to make an appointment. We could have had an account in all the time they spent trying to not work. We went to umpqua had an account in 15 minutes super nice super service .

I had an account a few years ago, briefly. I was astonished at how rude the employees were & I wrote to the bank about it. The only nice person was the Bank Manager. It seems that nothing has changed. Tonight, I was rounding the corner to Sycamore & I was blinded by what seemed to be high beams facing me. You cannot drive safely with high beams in your face.I pulled up next to the light brown pickup and when the woman put her window down I told her that cars were blinded by headlights facing the wrong way. Was her response "Oh, I'm so sorry to impact your safety!" No, she said had a commercial license & had the right. She then yelled out my occupation and a disparaging word.Does she have the right to yell out what is my private information, given to the bank, protected by law? No.I see that the rudeness has not changed & now even is illegal.In the interest solely of identifying her, she was an older, bottle blond, hefty in size.
