Stay far away from this shop!! The owner doesn't know what he's doing. His ignorance about car repair cost me my vehicle!!
He replaced a spring and tensioner pulley but not the timing belt on my vehicle and didn't even mention the fact that it also should of been replaced also. The timing belt broke, while I was driving.
The engine was damaged because of it. I had to give my car away because costs were too high to repair.
He took no responsibility for causing this damage!
Just saw a response (3 months later). Sad your willing to LIE to make yourself look good. You have no document as I have receipt of you just replacing the spring and tensioner pulley plus gasket.. Over $600.00!! I called owner when my belt broke and I will never forget your response--- "I should of told you to have it replaced". I said-- your the owner of the shop--You should of told me to replace it. You didn't mention it nor did your nasty receptionist, who slammed the phone down on me!
I have no vehicle because of your incompetence and want others to know it. You don't care what you cost me. Also I'm disabled so can't walk to stores. Shame on you. You need to retire and quit destroying people's vehicles. Winch's has a copy of my receipt from your garage and has verified you didn't mention replacing belt!!

Great service and fun to talk to but also get straight to business and listen to your need to best fulfill your request and the best around possible got a whole new engine put in and they did a great job i highly recommended that you call them first before anyone else its close to the i5 and 162 easy to find
