I got a same-day appointment for service when I roasted my brake pads at the track. Everything went together right and I was back on the road for a fair price. Would recommend.

Lil frustrating needed a tires they didn't have in stock so I order, next day they didn't order any, again I put in order, waited go back next day when they called to put them on, the white fuzzy gentlemen was so vary kind & thoughtful,, but looked stressed, I asked why? It was how the others acted treated him, Deffenatly I felt a power play with other workers,,. I mentioned when I left, when folks are pleasant to each other it makes work enjoyable & find work production in a positive setting does affect performances and costumers!! So be kind to each other & there business will prosper more .

Wanted to say thanks and share my experience for others. I was driving from Central Oregon to the Santa Barbara area on Saturday, 9/28/24. The transmission in my Honda Odyssey started slipping as I was getting close to Willows, CA, allowing the engine RPM to increase above its normal range. I exited I5 at Willows, stopped at Walmart, considering attacking the problem on my own. I opened the hood and found ATF leaking out of the transmission fluid dipstick and the level was low. Having minimal tools, I decided to hunt for a shop to tackle the work.
Willows Tires And Auto Care popped up with good reviews when I searched and was open on Saturday. They were fabulous! They did a thorough, thoughtful job, used the recommended fluid, not just one they had on hand, took the time to wash the underside and engine compartment and take me on a test drive to check and demonstrate the vehicle was operating as expected. They even let me see and smell the original ATF and look for metal shavings as it was drained. Truly above and beyond! The service price was very, very reasonable. Wish all of my auto service experiences were this good.
I'm thankful to report that the remaining 400 miles of the trip went fine, we've had no additional concerns and feel confident about our return trip to Oregon about a week out.

We were far from home and the car had trouble and it was the long weekend. Thank God these guys are open Sunday and were willing to accept the emergency work. They checked our oil levels also because they felt something wasn't right and for sure we discovered we barely had any oil left. They were fair and did a good job and we're just so very thankful. Highly recommended by Danny from O'Reilly's also.

We had a tire blow out on our RV. It was an emergency as our spare might not make it to the campsite. They replaced all 4 with new tires in about an hour.

Had a scare driving from Santa Cruz to Seattle on I-5 with a tire nearly bursting. Ahsan and the team were a huge help, had some understandable delays but overall great service and would highly recommend.

On my Vancouver BC - LA road trip, noticed my tires were balding and found this shop on Google and took a chance 15 minutes before closing as I passed by on i5. The guys didn't hesitate to help flip my tires and took great care of my wheels to make sure they didn't scratch them. 10/10 would come again.

Young man that helped me with flat repair on side of highway on 8/2/24 was very professional even though his service truck was broke down he came out in little car and got me all fixed up!

We got a flat on hwy 5 and lucky to be 2 miles from the shop. The guys were great, offered to stay late if we didn't get there before closing. They had what we needed, were super fast, friendly and offered us and our dog water. Excellent service!!!

my check engine light came on during a road trip and they were the only place open on a Sunday. They were so helpful and did the scanner and told me every thing. But they were honest and actually cared about helping us and making sure we made it safely in our vehicle to our destination! Thank you!

My husband and I broke down on I-5 in 100+ heat. AAA took 3hrs but Jeff at Willows Tire & Auto stayed and waited for us to get towed in. Service was awesome, wish we’d called him instead of AAA, he went an hour out of his way to get a part needed for the repair. It was a big job in a heat wave and we were back on the road within 48hrs and for a great price. He even picked us up from our hotel to pick up our truck so we didn’t have to walk. Highly recommend ???
