“My review is not about the bank as a whole. I had to assert myself because of a miscommunication between their phone agents and bank employees regarding an appointment to open an account. They first said we would reschedule but I refused. The person who told me that was just relaying a message but still... Sergio Aguirre made it work and attended my spouse and I. I asked him to please speak in Spanish but that I would speak English since I struggle with it. He handled it perfectly, offered insights and explained everything thoroughly. I recommend Sergio Aguirre for those who use or are planning on going to this bank. 5 stars to you Sergio ! It was the banks mistake and you corrected it .”
