Place to find what you need to work on a car if they don't have it then order it. so whatever you need to work on a car just go to one of 3. Places O'REILLY'S, advanced auto or auto zone. If you can't find what you need to work on a car then you shouldn't be working on a car.”

“Went to have my battery checked . Sam was super great and so sweet. He checked and I had bad battery , he looked up my make and model and got me a new one squared away no problem. He even installed it for me no problems . Almost made it home and all my lights turned on, on my dash, power steering didn't work, breaks didn't work , lane assist... all the lights . So I got home and looked at my car manual with no luck on how to turn them off or how to reset it. Called Honda who said oh well bring it in and we will diagnostic test it and tell you what's wrong..... ya $175 for diagnostic my car after I just got a battery .... No thanks. Called the store to speak to Sam who took his time to look up for me how to do a hard restart which with google I could have done too instead of bothering poor Sam. he gave me some directions and then continued to stay on the phone with me while I followed his directions just if I had more issues so he can help me troubleshoot . Worked perfectly , I'm so very glad he was so nice and willing to help me and took time out of his work day when he literally could have said I donno maybe take it to Honda. I will continue to come here just because of the service Sam gave me he truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much Sam!”

“I had a great experience with Felix, one of the parts specialist at O'reilly Auto Parts Lawndale location. Felix was very patient, very professional and very courteous. Felix did not complain not once about backing his fellow co/worker up by replacing a battery with a screw that had fell below and was hard to get to and was no where In sight. Felix went straight to the root of the problem and assured me that he would take care of it and not to worry, I felt comfortable at that point and knew that I was In good hands, you do not get that type of service or assurance from an auto parts store, my heart stopped racing as Felix did his job. “My car air conditioner was working.Tonight, I needed to go to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store to buy the "Oil with Dye" for the car airconditioner.My mechanic wanted me to buy it so he could check what part of the air conditioning system was not working.When I arrived at their parking lot, they had plenty of parking spaces.I went inside of the store. The store waspretty small and it was very clean.I found the " Oil with Dye" in the front ofthe cashier. The cashier, the young lady was friendly and attentive.I used to come to this store a couple of years ago. I remembered a young man who helped me when my car radiator capwas broken. I bought the wrong size of the radiator cap before so it didn't fit onthe radiator. He helped me to find the correct size of the radiator cap. He wasso nice that he went outside with me.And he checked my car radiator cap.I found out that he didn't work at thestore anymore.I liked this store because all the people were helpful and knowledgeable about the auto parts. That is the reason that Ialways come to the O'Reilly Auto Partsstore.”
“I gotta tell you this place helped me so much when I was in a pinch. My car wasn't starting on a Wednesday morning as I was about to head out for work. I was able to get it jump started, but I knew it needed a new battery. My dad recommended this place and they were so quick to help!! I showed up, parked on the street, and left my car running because if I turned it off I wouldn't be able to turn it back on. I let them know that I needed a battery and that I couldn't turn my car off or else it would be dead. The owner quickly checked to see if he had a battery for my car (2009 Mazda 3) and he had it. I asked if he could also replace it for me because I had to get to work. Without missing a beat he agreed and within 10 minutes of being there, I had a refurbished battery ready to go in my car. They took my old battery in when they replaced it with the refurbished one. Even though they're refurbished, my car runs and turns on without a hassle now. Best of all, THE PRICE WAS SO GOOD!! I got charged $35 for the whole thing. For my old battery, for the refurbished battery, and for the service. I'm sure depending on the battery, the price changes but man.. you cannot go wrong with that price. He also gave me six months of warranty. My dad swears by this place and honestly, I can see why. Thank you O J Battery for helping me out!!”

“Dropped off the car in the morning he did the diagnostic and called to tell me the issue and price (reasonable) got it done in 2-3hrs got the car back the same day. You do need to call and set an appointment first for him to take a look. Overall every satisfied with his work and price. Have a 6month warranty on his work”
