The girls at this store are so sweet and helpful! I skip a few other crickets to come to this location, good customer service 1000 stars!

Cricket is a nice alternative to MetroPCS. Ever since T-Mobile took over metro the service has dramatically declined. T-Mobile does not back Metro at all. Cricket is an AT&T company service cell service is the same. But customer service is better.

The woman I spoke to was very friendly. It is just a shame that the phone I want is not in stock at the moment. But other than that, the people who I’ve spoken to have been very helpful. And I am glad that they took the time out of their day to get things done.
