Very disappointed in this shops work! I Highly don't recommend it! Left over sprays all over my car, Paint drips on my bumper. Craters in the paint job. Left a huge gap from the rear bumper to the quarter panel. ?they said that's the best they can do ? you would think a shop that does insurance job will get it right. I took my car In mid May. Reached out to them about all the bad work they did and said they will contact me when they have time to check it out and nothing. I had to call them. They had my car for another 2 months just to do a bad job. So it took them 6 months and still couldn't get it right. I have a 2022 honda civic Si. Makes me want to trade in my car. That's how disappointed I am! Chafa ?

Took forever to get my truck back, Mickey Mouse work. They "repaired" my hood and it came back worst than when it was damaged. Doesn't close properly and hood popped open on me already 2 times on the freeway driving 75 mph. because of their lack of attention to work. Rocker panel was "fixed" but given back to me with messed up paint as if someone accidentally touched it and scratched it. Definitely will not recommend this shop.

Johnny will do what it takes to make everything right. He communicates with adjusters to get you the best parts your insurance allows. He is very knowledgeable and has very good collision technicians working at his shop.

I want to thank the team at this shop. You all did an awesome job. I want to also thank Johnny for going out his way keeping me posted throughout the process, dealing with the rude insurance rep and giving my vehicle an express detail. This is the second time Johnny has helped me with my vehicle. I will continue to do business with him and shop as they worked super fast and did such an awesome job. HRE did a great job on my car. I recently had my car in at a different collision center for a different problem and they just did a poor job and the customer Svc was ridiculous. I heard about HRE through a friend that recommended them. I met and spoke with Johnny he helped me through the process of dealing with my insurance and getting my car fixed as fast as possible. I was really surprised, but thankful for just how much they cared about getting me back in my car. My car looks better than ever. The attention to detail is definitely noticed. Thanks again HRE!
