Traveled 30 miles to there to get a part that was listed on their website, the car wasn't at the spot listed, got a nice worker to check, he said I am not the only one to ask for that car this week. Long story short, car is gone and they didn't take it off the website. I asked if I can have my $5 entry back and the worker asked management and they denied the refund. Wow, I wasted 2 hours of my time and gas money and entry fee because this location is incompetent. Avoid if you can.

This location has the best prices in used parts for old cars in my case. Bryan was patient enough to compare prices and helped choose the right parts for my damaged car. Great customer service overall??

Very organized. Not like it used to be. Printed out a list of where all compatible cars/parts were located.

First time here, went with my dad and grandpa. Brian there was very helpful and we got the lifetime warranty on the battery I needed, which is awesome. Good prices and good customer service he gave us. We will definitely go back.

The second time these thiefs steal my parts, this is the second time I visit this location and I always have terrible experiences here with the staff. Everytime I come here they check my box and the security guard will literally takes your belongings and than states that your taking the parts since they aren't marked. First of all of your going to check the tools you do it before and after. Then I tried talking to the manager and he stated "well I don't care if your stealing or if they are yours I'm going to throw them to the trash anyway" this is unnecessary and unprofessional.

Do your homework, review prices before coming here. Be ready prices will shock you at the cashier and since you have already spend time looking and taking off part’s you probably just pay. Be ware they charge you bolts and screws

The sloppy cashier, I dontbknow his name, but he knows who he is. I went through and didn't even look at what I was purchasing, and then when I went to go out, the guys said that I hadn't paid for all of the stuff. The lazy cashier then told me that the pile a parts I had was 32 dollars..... for a few nuts, bolts and interior pieces.... he way over charged me because he didn't look at what he was selling me the first time, then the guys at the door had to bring the stuff back to him to ring it up again. . Lazy, just pure laziness. Absolutely disgusted by this person and the way he prices items. These places used to be an amazing place to find difficult parts. Now it's full of lazy people that don't make a person want to come back to shop here.

Entrance fee is 3 USD not bad but for a 2 pieces plastic door panel of 27.50 USD that is expensive when it should have been just 10bucks.

I used to go here with my tools. Fun place, if you like working on vehicles or finding parts.Pay the $3 admission fee. Then spend minutes to an hour removing parts. Prices were always lower than eBay and other online marketplace prices. Which kept me coming back.I always thought that self-serve junk yards had the motto "you pick the parts, you save the $$$$."Nowadays this place is not worth the visit, due to the high prices, etc.I won't be surprised if all the LKQ locations shut down in the future. As most of their non-warranted item prices are significantly higher than eBay prices, other marketplace apps, and brand new aftermarket prices at AutoZone, Oreilly's, etc.. Even higher than brand new aftermarket prices at Pep Boys retail store, if their retail stores were still open. Example, I came in Today to purchase tail lights. They were bulb tail lights. Not LED. So they were the least expensive tail light listed on LKQ website. However, base price was $15 higher than the lowest eBay listed price. Then the cashier smacked the warranty on there, without my request. Which is their policy that is in writing and clearly shown at checkout . You have to tell cashier that you don't want any warranty. Especially if you are confident that you won't need it. Otherwise, you will pay almost the same amount for the warranty as the price for the part. I had him take that warranty crap off. Then the cashier wanted to charge me for everything attached to tail light, including wiring harness, bulbs, nuts, emblems. That made the price more than $40 than eBay's lowest listed price. I was able to easily remove harness and bulbs. But just imagine if harness were non removable.I also had to remove every single letter of make and model from tail light. As I would've been charged extra for each letter under "emblem." The make and model names were permanently attached to tail lamps with adhesive. So I scraped it off in front of cashier's window. Looked at tail light and said I'm not buying this ruined junk for that price. I can have nice clean used ones off eBay, delivered to my door step for free, for a lot less. Plus I don't have to spend time in the blistering sun, removing them from a junk vehicle. I declined purchase. Then left, empty handedly. But the guard must discriminate against people who leave without a purchase. As he wanted me to lift up my shirt. Yet he didn't require buyers in front of me or after me to do the same.I didn't have an issue with lifting my shirt. Because some people are thieves and he doesn't know me from a can of paint. But I do have issues with discrimination . They should check everyone according to policy. Don't discriminate against non buyers or do stuff, arbitrarily. This place won't get a penny from me again..Warning: If you don't buy anything, guard will ask you to lift up your shirt, etc.I wonder if he would've done that to a female? Probably not. This junkyard used to be good. Not anymore.

Came to get a left side Rearview Mirror which shouldn't have been expensive considering I bought it faulty. The connection already shows missing contact pieces. I also purchased a rear view mirror which I also removed myself. After waiting in an extremely long line to purchase. 2/6 tellers Open, the Employee charges me, entrance fee which is paid at the door, and warranty that I never asked for. No place else Forces warranty. Then Charges me Cash for what I Believed to Be 2 used auto parts. Upon review of my recite is when I immediately noticed all the extra charges, and insisted on speaking to the manager. I explained he has an employee charging extra things, not asked for. Then the Manager asked if I told him beforehand that I didn't want the warranty, attempting to Discredit my complaints. And said I should have said something before the transaction was completed. No where in the premises does it say warranty included in price. And when I told him fine, what does the warranty cover he said anything including incompatibility and defect and unsatisfactory. So I left it at that. This was my first time here, and I feel because I'm a woman they attempted to con me out of what's supposed to be value prices! I'll be back soon, but I would warn others to thoroughly review what you're being charged for! Not a friendly place or cheap. Sexist cons!

Showed receipt, still took items that I bought from LKQ Sun Valley the day before. Wouldn’t listen and ignored receipt. Told me to go home and get the receipt, definitely not driving 3 hours to reclaim my property. Not worth shopping here anyways, I enjoy walking through the yards, but having to pull what you want them pay an exuberant amount is not great.Few months ago, I wanted to buy a plenum intake for a G37, tried charging me $800, extremely disappointed then and renewed disappointment now.Disgusting ethics and untrustworthy people who won’t listen to reason and proof.

Good place to find parts at a reasonable price. But if you're not paying attention at the register they'll charge you for insurance on each piece you purchase.which adds up to a lot real quick. They don't ask either. Do pay attention and make sure you don't get charged for insurance you didn't ask for.
