So here we are folks, Gasmaggeddon is coming this October 2025 when Phillips 66 shuts down. Gas and food prices will double. So it won't even matter if you have an EV because food prices will increase. However, that's just the beginning because in April 2026 Valero in Benecia will shut down. Kaboom!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The idiots that are complaining don’t realize that without this refinery gas prices will go up to $8. It might unfortunately close, I really hope something can be done to keep it!

Closing down the fourth quarter of 2025 as of October 2024. Finally!! Will take several years once all the structures are torn down to clean up the soil after the toxic soil reports are run. Either way, long overdue and great to see this refinery put offline and demolished. Too bad it all can't be fully imploded like The Tropicana in Vegas with a fireworks show for the grand finale.

The absolute worst polluter. Flare up’s that burn toxic chemicals that give the folks of South Bay the highest child respiratory and asthma rates in the US. Brown fields, corruption, and multiple environmental violations-if I could give this place a negative ten I would. I hope this place gets shut down and people can stop profiting off the poisoning the lives the community and a dying oil industry. It’s time to use renewable electric energy.

I live miles away from here near Hawaiian Ave Magnet Elementary school. At night i have to close my windows because the smell is horrible. I recently moved out here to Wilmington community were many single mothers with children live its called Camino Del Mar. All i can say i hate it here it literally smells like your in a room hot boxed with gas. I even called the city before when i was new to the community thinking there was a gas leak at my apartment or something. It was that bad it made my head hurt and I am currently pregnant i felt like i wanted to faint. Idk why but the government should of never built homes near this. Its so unhealthy i pray every day my baby comes out healthy and not pre-term because of this. WILMINGTON RESIDENTS NEED TO PROTEST AGAINST THIS... IF ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT ONE POST IT ON HERE ON THE COMMENTS im more than happy to help!!!

I work like team driver with my husband for delivery! We delivered the cargo and they didn’t let me into the territory, the security didn’t let me in! I was waiting at the gate!
