The staff receives consistent praise for excellent and helpful customer service, with budtenders noted as super chill, very nice, very knowledgeable, and always in a good mood. They make customers feel welcomed, are willing to help find the right product, and ensure awareness of all deals. Some reviews note, however, that some budtenders need to be educated on the strains. Overall, the staff is considered the best, leading customers to return exclusively for refills and to leave happy.
