“I cannot express how pleased I was with this company! I received a prompt response when I inquired about the estimate via email and also spoke with someone (can't remember their name, sorry!!) over the phone. They answered all of my questions and assured me that the move would be pain-free. Josh, Jose, and Salvador made my move go by so smoothly. They showed up on time and immediately got to work. I was super impressed by their ability to organize and move everything so quickly. They helped wrap and pack additional parts of my apartment that I didn't have time to get to. They were careful with large objects/furniture and more delicate ones as well. Everything was wrapped with plastic wrap and/or padded with blankets. At the end, they disposed of everything and even took some of my personal boxes I bought to use. Overall, I couldn't recommend this company enough. They took about 4 hours to move me from a 1bed1bath ~600sqft to a 2bed 2bath ~1000sqft. The icing on the cake is that due to health issues, I have to be very careful about the ongoing covid pandemic. I requested that the movers wear masks and it was no big deal to the guy I spoke with initially on the phone. Usually people make a big deal about masks, even when I'm paying for services. The 3 movers came masked up and 2 even had on kn95 masks. I truly appreciate this! Thanks guys for a great move!!”

“Most of the time things go pretty smoothly at K-line. Occasionally you get a clerk who seems to have it out for you....but usually everyone's nice.

“They sent me a $4.85 toll charge violation. I was positive I never drove on a toll road but still paid it cuz I didnt have time to deal with it. Now, 5 months later, I just got a refund on my Credit card. Totally surprised. Looks like they realised they made a mistake and made it right. Props to them for that.”
“I had recently had to ship some packages to New York for a friend. I have never done this before nor did I know greyhound offered this. I was skeptical about it but when I arrived the lady at the window was super helpful and nice. Her name was Gladys, she made this process so easy and convenient. It took less than 15 mins. To get it all done. She was on it and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciate helpful and kind customer service! Thank you Gladys!”
“First time ever having to pick up lots of goods from an oversea shipment. Our items were moved to this warehouse, so we had to rent a uhaul to pick up over 100 cartons. Was pleased with how efficient of an operation they were running, especially with so many docks and trucks constantly coming through to pick up their goods. Our 26ft Uhaul had a low bed, so it wasn't going to reach the 4 ft docks, so we had to park on the side of the lot to have our pallets driven out to us. The service was quick, and the gentleman with the forklift was patient and helped us with moving all of our packages into our truck. Glad with how quickly we were able to pick up our items, with no hassle.”
“I have only used Zipcar three times but all three of those times I had little to no issue and the small issue I had was promptly resolved. The issues I have/had are1. There aren't any cars in Torrance where I live. I have to Uber to the car which is either in el Segundo or lax. Which whatever that's not that big of a deal. I have more of an issue with Ubers prices being so high but that's beside the point. 2. I was charged a late fee of $50. I was at the location at the correct time. I was waiting in the car for my Uber because it was pouring rain and I would have been soaked. My Uber showed up 6 minutes after my drop off time. I called customer service and easily got someone on the phone. The lady was extremely nice and removed the fee after I explained to her the situation. So all good.I like Zipcar. The prices are affordable, cars have been clean with the exception of one that smelled like smoke but it wasn't that bad and that's not Zipcars fault that's on the dip s**t that smoked in it. The gas is covered which is awesome!! I actually got a Toyota Tacoma last time and it was NICE!! I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about because the Zipcar I use is awesome and convenient ish. So Zipcar if you're reading this maybe have some cars in Torrance but if that's not an option fine. Keep up the good work!!!”
