But most people would think it was fine like it was I'm just a perfectionist The UHaul man was great, so helpful. I will be back and I would go back to that same location.”

I've rented a truck to tow my trailer forbusiness twice now and I've had one of the best customer experiences ever both times! I reserved the truck online the day prior to pickup. It's free to reserve and you don't need to enter your credit cardinformation. The price was the lowest I found. Others don't compare and most companies don't offer so many rental vehicle options.I received a phone call from the Enterprise rep a couple of hours prior to pickup time to confirm booking. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady at front desk who was so friendly! The check in process was simple and fast. I was in and out in 15min. The vehicle was immaculate. I left my vehicle in their secured lot overnight without issue. Drop off was just as quick and easy as the check in process. The manager, Alejandro is very professional and kind! “We recently dropped off a U-Haul truck and Dolly here and Jeff Garrido helped us out. He was very friendly and made our return super easy. We actually rented the U-Haul and Dolly from another U-Haul distributor in Rancho Cucamonga and dropping items off in Hawthorne and didn't want to incur any extra charges so we asked for the drop-off to take place here. We dropped everything off at 11:40 a.m. and Jeff took care of it quickly and we were out the door in about 10 minutes. Thank you Jeff and the whole U-Haul crew!”
“Can I say Above and Beyond…
On 5/31 after we picked up our load, our tractor got damaged by a tree limb. It knocked off our passenger mirror and broke our windshield. We had to find a Ryder asap as our load was high priority. One was 1.5 miles away from our location. We drove to this location. Explained to the night tech (Robert) what happened. He tried contacting supervisor to try to get us a loaner tractor til ours was fixed. When he couldn’t get a hold of one, he decided to take a mirror off their other trucks and replace it with our broke one. He was finished within 40 minutes. At this time, it may have been 8:30pm. We had to wait til in the morning to get windshield replaced so we slept near Ryder until 7am the next morning. We checked in with day tech (George) who at first couldn’t get authorized to get our windshield fixed but after a few calls , he was able to get a mobile windshield company to meet us onsite and by noon, we were on our way. These guys are awesome. Thank y’all”

“Make sure you have your paperwork and ducks in a row. They're not good with how much was in there and what you. Tried charging for a dolly that we reserved but they didn't have one available. We prepaid for our reservation and we show up and there's no truck available so we have to drive so over LA.”

“Great experience renting a truck from this place. They had the truck I reserved and we’re nice and friendly. Truck was clean and everything went well. Only issue was when I went to return the truck after hours the food truck people parked their cars the way of where I was supposed to return the truck, but that wasn’t the uhaul people’s fault.”

“Nice storage and great experience. I was able to check in without any crews at Saturday night. Unit is clean with lock provided. I do bring my own lock and let them know once office is open. Just making sure don’t open the original package from lock. They can use for next rental I think. They do refund your money back if you are providing your own lock. Inside of storage is pretty decent and clean which I am most happy about. The guy was helping me well. Definitely will recommend friend and family. Overall 10+++++ out of 10.”
