WSS is a business offering affordable shoes for the entire family for over 39 years, carrying over 3,000 styles from major brands. It has large, open stores with casual and athletic shoes for men, women, and kids. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, offering assistance without pressure. Customers appreciate the selection of good stuff like shoes, backpacks, clothes, and hats, noting it's a place for back-to-school shopping. Some customers, however, express difficulty finding specific items and feel some products are of a lesser grade of material or are good but overpriced. Promotions like Shoe Bucks are also offered.
Friendly staff, good customer service with plenty of sizes and options - came here after searching 5 stores at the mall for decent size 13 slip-proof worl shoes and WSS had OPTIONS. Bought 2 pairs!
