“I always have a pleasant experience visiting my local post office. Staff here are always so kind and informative. Unsure about the bad reviews of this location, but I would say, to keep in mind that we are all hardworking people! I have always been treated with the upmost respect and professionalism if I’m picking up packages or shipping out!
Like any other business, there are times where foot traffic is heavy and service may be slow. However, I find myself swiftly in and out of the building every time with prompt service!

“My favorite post office in Elk Grove. The best area to drop off prepaid packages. There's never a line and if there is, it's short. It's way better than having to wait in line elsewhere that doesn't have a prepaid section or waiting at drop boxes that are always full. Here there is not a dropbox, you just hand your prepaid package to the staff at the counter. If it's not crazy busy they'll scan it in right there, to help make sure your prepaid package or packages don't get lost.”
“I drive the extra miles to go to Elk Grove Post Office. There’s plenty of staff very short time of waiting and pleasant staff employees.! The Post Office on Elk Grove Florin Rd most of the time only has one staff employee with a long line of people! It’s hard for me to stand there that long I have vertigo I wish they could hire more staff ! I will have to say once I get up to the counter they’re always very nice!”
