Brian and Natasha are amazing. Their attention to detail is great. Pricing and integrity! They always check you tires nd brakes before the bike leaves. I would highly recommend them.

Call this place a week ago, I got a return call as soon as possible from them looking for a upper cowl spoiler and a low cowl spoiler a pretty good system on how we can get it done providing they can get the part and we agree that it fits they can order it as well unfortunately I checked the website that they gave me and did not see the parts for my 2014 breakout

It is such a refreshing experience when you find a mechanic shop that yiu can trust abs believe that the company genuinely cares about their customers needs while taking extreme pride in their name and the quality it represents, while having extremely competitive pricing I have to tip my hat to Natasha and BrianI ride sport bikes and decided to purchase a HarleyI had a terrible experience at a well known Harley shop that gauged me at every service they recommended that I didn’t need but they didn’t do the work that I payed for!I contacted bureau of auto repairs and the company has offered to settleThe experience I had at Simmons was so professionalNatasha recorded videos of the work during each interval of her repairI was going to put a hi performance part and Natasha explained why she would not recommend me using the part which shows her honesty and integrityI can’t give Natasha enough praise , she is awesome!It’s extremely rare to find companies that have the perfect balance of affordable prices and killer customer serviceDon’t hesitate to take your bike to Simmons you will not find a better shopThis is a sincere response from my experience much respect Natasha and Brian thank youOh and my bike is screaming!!!!Services: Engine repair
