I missed my appointment because I was in the wrong place. When I returned to the Wilton Post Office, a young brother was very kind and handled my business quickly, efficiently and friendly.

The nicest staff personnel.i have a chronic time management's issue and I am always latealways tardy, alwsys flying in 10 min before closing and no organization or preparedness prior to visit yesterday,I arrived to this post office 10 min before close with a mostly unknown to me temp, address. For my kid whose taken safe harbor with a dear friend, who has a sister-angel who watches over for my baby for me. Thank you-Timber. But I digress. This postal agent in this office who was so helpful and kind to me, yesterday, with my two certified pkgs, not wrapped ? Labeled or weighted. And she was tolerant , helpful and calming to my scattered typical state of affairs. I will verify identity of supremely courteous employee in addendum forth coming. She inspires me to return to actively working on my chronic issues with time.

This post office is the WORST. They told me my address was incorrect because of the dash, when my address HAS to have a dash to work. No post office has ever said this before... Won't be returning.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They consistently deliver our items to incorrect addresses or say that items are undeliverable or no access to location . Our family has lived here since 1988. The addresses are out of order on our road and the post office is fully aware. When you call the post master he is very rude and defends his drivers before listening to the situation. When They get it right they leave packages delivered at the end of the driveway on the ground on green road. In the year 2020 alone we are currently fighting multiple cases where the product was delivered by our own post office incorrectly. The amount of losses are over $500 due to their mistakes with incorrect deliveries.

I love living in Wilton, and part of that is the staff at our local USPS. Like Genie, and Henry aka "The Mayor" the Rooster. It reminds me that I am home. It's this small town I love, and the fact that I can walk in, know names and faces and strike a conversation.

I receive great service at the Wilton Post Office. Jeannie is very efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Mark, our carrier, does an excellent job.
