“Had an old gelding colic that had to stay overnight a few days and Dr Hunter took great care of him at a fraction of the cost that loomis charges. I was surprised to see reviews stating the opposite on here.”
“I was finally able to get an appointment to have our precious lab spayed. The process isn’t very user friendly because they only take appointments on the first Monday of the month but once you get an appointment the staff are VERY friendly and helpful answering my questions promptly communicating through email. Drop off was at 0730 and our dog was the first lucky one under the knife and they took very good care of her. We picked her up at 1600 that same day and she was very alert and ready to go home. The Dr gave us almost a week’s worth of doggie tranquilizers to help keep this hyper dog calm with pain medication for 3 days. The Dr did a GREAT job because her wound healed perfectly and after 12 days her scar is just a little thin line that’s barely noticeable.
The amount spent on our pup’s spay was just as good if not better than care from a private veterinarian practice because 1) That’s what the Dr specializes in and 2) We’re older, retired and on a fixed income. The total bill was under $360 which included the surgery itself, pain medication, doggie tranquilizers, bio waste disposal, E collar and microchipping plus she also received a pedicure whereas her regular vet wanted over $1400 for just the surgery! What an UNBELIEVABLE SAVINGS! My wife and I highly recommend Community Spay and Neuter Clinic, Dr Clarkston and the nice staff! What a GREAT TEAM!”
“Was able to quickly get an initial appointment within a few days of calling. Also, was able to get surgery scheduled within a week of the appointment. I appreciate that they checked in with me to see how my guinea pig was doing after surgery and during the recovery phase. Everything went well and would bring my others guinea pigs to them in the future if need be. Highly recommend.”

“This was by far the BEST experience my family and my dog has ever had. The staff is beyond friendly and Dr. Singh Gurpreet was very knowledgeable and friendly with anyone he comes in contact with. I called with my dog needing to been seen right away due to a unexpected injury and they were able to schedule me an appointment right away. My dog ended up needing to stay and get stitches and needed to be sedated. I was 100% comfortable leaving him there to get the care he needed. By the time I picked him up you could tell they spend time with your animal making them feel comforted in a time of stress. They have different payment methods you can use like care credit, splitting payments on two different cards, etc. I will be forever grateful for the staff, doctors, and RVTs that took care of my sweet boy. THANK YOU. & on the plus side the facility was very clean.”

“I brought Maggie to see Dr Chen for her first evaluation at Hatton Veterinary Hospital a week ago. She had received no medical care following her previous veterinarian's retirement during the pandemic and my difficulty obtaining a new one due to the shortage of veterinarians accepting new patients during the past few years. We discussed Maggie's history of a chronic medical condition and her previous treatment, her current symptoms and her need to be brought up to date with her routine health care. Dr Chen listened carefully to everything I said, evaluated her needs and developed a treatment plan. I was impressed by his medical expertise and, most of all, by his ability to empathize. I feel I have a new partner in her care. Thank you Dr Chen!”
“We brought our dog here on a Saturday night for after hour care. The staff here were very friendly. Social distancing practices were carefully observed. While we weren't allowed in with our pet we were kept abreast of the full process of the treatment of our dog. Would definitely come back and would recommend to family and friends.”

“My dog is VERY difficult when it comes to going to the vet, grooming, etc. he has really bad anxiety and starts shaking and growling at anyone who gets close to him. He needed his glands expressed and i was sure he needed to be sedated because is super protective of his butt and we (his family) can never get a muzzle on him. The doctor was SO patient, didn't react to my dogs aggression, and was able to get a muzzle on him! Not only was the doctor able to express his glands, but he also trimmed his nails and shaved parts of his butt that was matted. He also prescribed some anxiety medication for my dog and it was very affordable. Great experience overall and we will definitely be returning for any of our medical needs!!!”
