I have been attending yoga classes in Wilton at the Rec Center on Dillard and Colony since 2016. At $5.00/class it is a total bargain. One hour of yoga with a great warm up and cool down, great people in the class and a wonderful, knowledgeable instructor. You do have to sign up on line, which takes a little time when you first set up your account. But payment is easy and the class schedule is easy to use.

Traditional hatha yoga class with great instruction throughout the class. Explanation of poses, modifications and breathing. Great local class in Wilton, at the old Dillard Elementary MP room, can't be beat at $5/class. Only downfall is registering for the class via the Parks website. An older group of good people to spend an hour of your time with. Glad I got the website figured out and to be back in this class.
