Reason being is because the crew you have at the French valley location are exemplary. They have great communication skills. We were updated as to the progress of the repair. The information was correct and acccurate especially on dates of completion. The completed work looks great. Honorable mentions to Oscar Garcia for fantastic communication on our repair. He walked us through all the way from beginning to end. He didn’t skip a beat on getting in touch with us and answering questions to our satisfaction. He did a great job. Not to forget Amanda Martinez. She was great with making us feel comfortable as we were in the office and answering any questions she could.
