“5 stars because Michele is the definition of customer service. We went in tonight looking to do a battery replacement through warranty, but had some trouble locating the purchase in their POS. We ended up leaving with the intention of coming back the following day to speak with a manager, but Michele ended up calling us that same night to tell us that she found the transaction and we could do the battery replacement that same night. We went back and Michele had us in and out in less than five minutes with a new battery replaced via warranty. Thank you, Michele!
