My boyfriend and I came to the bank to open a new account and close an old one. Doris did an outstanding job! She was super helpful and extremely friendly, cracked a few jokes back and forth. She made us feel very comfortable.

BofA branches in my area were ALL temporarily closed. Amy King took care of my escrow wire transfer without an appointment. Was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. After taking care of my wire transfer she requested a new digital card as my chip was beginning to fail on the one I have. Thanks Amy!

I have been to this BOA location, I dont believe that I have talked to any of their staff but Just to use their ATM, pretty good. You need to swipe your card to get in for after hours which I really like for safety. I recommend them!

Very friendly and efficient but why is there always only 1-2 tellers! There's 7 stations for a reason!

Extremely upset with this bank, they shut down my daughters account with no notice.... and said ," it was just a business decision" Why wouldn't they consult me the owner of the account and let me know? I asked for customer service, yuronda helped took the report and kindly said,"ma'am I took the report and thank you" she tried to help but couldn't give me any info. (She spent time and was a good employee given that she had very little info that she could give me.) I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. My daughter has to wait for her money in the mail and now redirect her direct deposit What a shame.... most of all B OF A REFUSED an explanatiin

They changed their savings account requirements, so now I get charged a fee. After one month, I asked to close the account. Went into this branch, the FV one, and stood in line. There was a couple of groups in front of me in line, and NOBODY from the bank anywhere. No teller, nobody. Everyone in line left but one couple, I mean they were peeved, and walked out the door. The couple in front of me looked to be cashing a check, spoke no English and did not look like they had an account here. They got the money from the check, then asked for a cashiers check for the money they just got, was told it cost $15, up from $10, ended up taking the money, then decided to cash 5 more checks, which was taking forever. One teller, 20 minutes in line, finally I left too. Closed my savings account at another branch, will be closing my checking too...HORRIBLE bank. You had at least 6 people leave because of no teller, and then one teller. The only people you served when I was there was a non English speaking couple who probably did not have an account there. Only in CA.....

Seriously BofA, 4;00 on a Friday and you have 1 teller window open? There is always a manager trying to hustle customers to use the ATM machine (which no one ever wants to). Why can't she just open a window and get the line moving? Ugh!!! So frustrating. It's like this everyday and I just can't believe they don't plan for busy times.,,,,,like 4:00 on a Friday! Get it together!!!

Just tried to open a Health Savings Account at a #BankOfAmerica branch and they told me they can not do it in office but I had to go online. This is the same branch that would not set up a wire for me to go out the next day. They said I would have to come back next morning at 9:30a. I was already taking time out of work that day. PS another B of A about 3 miles away set my wire up the same day to go out next day and apologized. #WhatHappenedToCustomerService?

The drive-thru ATM shredded my checks. So I went inside to make the deposit. Instead of depositing my checks, they DEBITED my account over $700!!!! Now, Bank of America Corporate says it's going to take 3-5 business days to get that money back. WHAT?!?!?! WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Don't go to this location. Ever.

Long wait times for a "banker" because tellers aren't allowed to complete the simple action of sending a wire. Staff is mostly enjoyable though outside of that.

Has more than enough tellers working but only one was taking customers while the others were just standing behind the teller booths not acknowledging people while the line kept getting bigger. Every time we go here there is a beautiful display of incompetence!

Associate named Denise got frustrated and flustered with not knowing how to process my transaction, as I asked for my one deposit to be split up in seven different forms. After telling me that my different amounts did not add up correctly even though they did she proceeded to do the withdraw not giving me my post it back so I didn't know which envelope the amounts went into. Following the separation of deposit she told me that she was not sure that this was allowed as their system doesn't allow her to do withdraw in such away and that she would confirm with her manager to be able to do this in the future. After the transaction I need to do an additional withdraw from a different account she proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes until she cleared the line as her manager was unavailable with a different customer to give me anything other than 20s. At this point she became agitated and rude and very short with me. When I asked for a receipt showing that my withdrawal was not process she gave me attitude and said that she could give me what the balance was no receipt showing that the return of the deposit. I've been to many Bank of Americas and this is the first that I've been treated so rudely after she started the interaction so cheerfully until she realized that she would be complicated with the thought of separating a deposit. Horrible customer service. Right down the street but I'll drive to antelope rd where the lady is quick and polite!

5 stars to Joseph and Joseph only! He is very helpful and makes the most of the customers time! Every single female at this location have a chip on their shoulder and are NOT helpful at all! They are always trying to get me to deposit my check in the ATM instead of with the teller and since my account is an out of state account I don't have a deposit slip to fill out and they waste time by giving the form to me to put my name and address on it! Every other BofA I've been too in the Inland Empire, low desert and high desert I go to just fill it out in seconds like second nature! There are too many employees standing around and fiddling around in the background while one teller works the customers through the line! I know i gave a 5 star marking and a 1 star write up but I don't want Joseph working for a low rated business and hoping someone does something to resolve the complete and utter laziness at this branch!
