Always great service and easy to get to, when I need to get gasoline.

Cashier SNATCHED an item out of my hand when I tried to scan it instead of letting him put his dirty hands all over the mouth of a can I was about to drink from. Will never go here again. Not when there’s a Shell across the street.

Terrible customer service. Also lottery addicts, it's a gas station, not a casino.

I went in to get a drink and a snack from the inside of the gas station and as I was paying the guy that was checking me out he started making comments about God and Jesus and started making homophobic remarks to me and telling me I am not excepted, and that God does not love me all because my nails were painted safe to say i will not be spending any more money here!!

I visited the Chevron station today at 9:46 PM with my father to purchase a Juul device and pods. My father, who is 59 years old and faces a language barrier, relied on me to translate during the transaction. (Note: I am 31 years old)
However, during our visit, the man at the register began yelling at me, asserting that I could not translate for my father. He also questioned my age, suggesting I did not appear old enough to purchase the vape products. Additionally, he made inappropriate remarks about my father's appearance and eligibility to buy the items.
I offered to present my driver's license as proof of age and clarified that I was simply assisting my father with translation. I took out my Driver’s License out to show him, however he completely ignored it. Despite this, he insisted that I stop speaking and intercepted my father's driver's license from his hand. This incident has been incredibly traumatic for both my father and me.
He justified his behavior by saying that Chevron's policy states that customers cannot translate for others or each other and how it’s illegal. We have been loyal customers at Chevron for many years and have never encountered such treatment. Nor have we ever had anyone tell us that translation is illegal in Chevron. This appears to be more than an isolated incident; it feels like discrimination against my father and myself because we are Asians.
As a result of this experience, I will never use this Chevron located in French Valley and a former complaint has been filed to Chevron corporate. Even my 7-year-old sister was frightened by the way we were treated. This incident has left a lasting negative impression on us.
I see that others have made similar comments about the employee’s behavior and I’m very surprised that Chevron is keeping him as their front employee to represent them at this location. His behavior is racism and unacceptable. Nothing can justify his actions.

My family and I have been coming here for many years. I have never had a problem with any of the employees besides Andy. Today was the last time I am coming here unless management addresses his horrible attitude. My card was declined and I asked Andy to please leave the 4 drinks I was purchasing and told him I would be right back ( I walked to my car to make a call) He told me he had to put them back right away. I came back in 2 minutes later to pay for them. After making the purchase I asked for a bag and Andy informed me he could not give me a bag unless I paid 20 cents, he never asked me if I wanted one. This would force me to use my debit card again and charge an additional fee. This is one of quite a few bad experiences I have recorded with JUST Andy. It appears as though Andy goes out of his way to try and make your life just slightly more depressing. He has the personality of a dead fish. Will be speaking with management and corporate/owners. I spend too much money here to be treated like a dog every time I need something at the gas station.

If I could not give any I would. The attitude of the gentleman is atrocious. I came because most gas stations accept ebt, and he was very rude in telling me they don't take ebt. ?

every single time I go into this location for some reason the employee always seems to be disrespectful, not helpful and always thinking I'm going to steal some thing but I pay no attention to it and keep on with my day, but today I had it! this older guy that works during the night is absolutely rediculous to the point where I had to leave this review.. Never will I go to this store again if I could read them a lower school I would

I don't know why I continue to go back to that gas station. I guess I think that If the task is simple enough they can't screw it up and yet I continue to be proven wrong. Exchanging a propane tank they just can't do. They have full propane tanks but now having gone back there Three different times at different times of day and they are unable to complete the simplest of task because they only have one person working. They can't even tell you when to come in and they'll have two people working. There are no hours posted when to exchange your propane tanks. Apparently you're supposed to continue to come back until one day the Stars line up and you could actually get your propane changed.I could even understand if they were busy not to leave the store to undertake the immensely difficult and time-consuming job of opening the propane cage and pulling a full tank out but there's no one in the store. The entire time I sat here writing this the employee inside has not helped anybody. And if it's propane or something else this gas station continually disappoints and shows no respect for their customers. It is beyond a waste of time to have now tried to exchanged propane tank three times and not been able to.And this gas station is across the street from my house. It is by far the most convenient and quickest place to get gas/propane/snacks But I absolutely will avoid it at all costs.I did go across the street to the shell and despite being Even later they had no problem exchanging my propane tank. In fact employee was new and wasn't sure the process but he did the most unusual of things and made a call, got direction and completed the task. Employee at Chevron couldn't be bothered despite no one else in the store to even tell me why he cannot exchange my tank. I only knew because it was my third time being there.

I with to this Station this afternoon about 12:45 pm, and I quest the young lady working the counter, was in a bad mood, cause her attitude was really bad, and it look as if she had problems with Africa-Americans, cause to helping me, she was treating the other African-America that was in the store, just as bad. So, she does not need to work in helping customers. I don't know her name but she was a white girl with glasses. So that I know has a problem with Black people, I will be served by her. Think she need to be relocated.

Terrible service. Employees don't want to bother placing a sign when the pumps don’t work. They don't respond to the assistance button either. This guy was looking at me through the window knowing the pumps were out of service. He saw me struggling and didn't bother to tell me it was out of service. He had no customers in the store, and he waited for me to come inside to ask what the problem was. His excuse was the out of service sign was posted on the door. He didn’t want to get wet in the rain but I did; and he even yell at me for asking. Super rude! Lack of customer service. Hire people who really wants to work.
