I recently had my Tesla repaired at Classic Collision Body Shop in Winchester and was thoroughly impressed by the service. I had the pleasure of interacting with Daniel, the estimator, and Amanda, the service receptionist. Both demonstrated utmost professionalism. Daniel provided a swift estimate in less than two days. Additionally, Amanda kindly offered transportation back to my workplace and later picked me up when my car was ready, which was earlier than initially estimated. Both employees went above and beyond their duties. Cordially Dr. Patricia Justice

Bumper was fixed perfectly. Just like new! I was very pleased with the quick turn around and customer service. Daniel and Luis did a great job and will recommend them to anyone I know that needs body work.

Recommend: Because front desk is Non Performing Characters (NPCs) which gives random responses check back in 72hrs no update yet. So always ask them what stage repair is at and what you guys waiting on, Is work started yet, where it is stuck on so you can resolve any issue with insurance or something in your reach.Everything good but front desk aren't good enough, they need to hire smart people on front desk, people right now gives random responses simply not interested in giving full details, answers like check back in 72 hours not telling what process of repair is stuck on.I had issues when my insurance was not quick to reach shop insurance representative walked off the job, people at front desk didn't tell me they are waiting on insurance response, some how I was able to connect to repair representative at shop he told me we are waiting for insurance, I had to call insurance and issue was resolved but 1 week wasted because of random response from front desk " check back in 72hrs" same repair another time when payout receipt was emailed to shop and shop had no idea they received I was called, again random response check back in 72hrs another week wasted had to call insurance guy to tell them please confirm they received receipt. 2 week worth of work work was dragged into 4 weeks all because of NPC front desk.My service was done and i am satisfied 100% with service all other team is very good.

Don't go here if you have a TESLA. State Farm recommended this body shop to repair a broken glass roof on my Model 3. I called Classic Collision to set up the appointment. I spoke with Lisa. Lisa said they do not work on Teslas. I was confused and told her that my insurance specifically recommended them. Then she said "oh ok, we do work on Teslas." Was she lying or just confused? She said she couldn't schedule me until insurance sent in an assignment number. I had insurance do that. Then I got a call from a call center telling me they were ready to schedule the repair. The guy on the phone said, with confidence, they could not schedule me for 2 months. I thought that was ridiculous. So I called the store number again and spoke with Lisa again. To her credit, she got me scheduled for the following week and she clarified that it takes 1-2 months for the parts to arrive. Hearing that my car would sit at the shop for 1-2 months, where the cracked roof may worsen and allow the elements to enter and damage the inside of the car, as well as cause the battery to lose charge for a long period of time, did not sit well with me. I decided to call Tesla directly. The Tesla dealership and service center in Temecula was able to get me in this week and had the repairs done in literally THREE HOURS. I had to do some extra work to get my insurance to cover the bill, but they did.If you have a Tesla that needs repairs, you should go directly through the Tesla dealership.

A motorcycle crashed into the back of my parked car about a year ago. Tried this Classic Collision since the one in Barstow tried to give me my car back with a bent frame and a lot of other damage and missing parts. Here's how this time turned out.

This company had my car for over three (3) weeks due to a car accident. Every time we called they would give us a future date for when repairs would be completed. Our last call they said “we can’t provide an update.” We called our insurance company and found out they had not released payment for repair. So for almost a month we had to endure a hardship of no vehicle, because the company never informed us the car wasn’t being repaired. You would think they would have communicated with us. Therefore, I picked up vehicle and took it to a more reliable and professional company

They forgot to put the nuts on the $1000. Dollar door trim, they could have fell off and caused an accident

Very disappointed with my experience at this location.Brought my work truck in on Oct 10th. My insurance approved the necessary repairs the following day.My truck sustained " minor " front end damage.Called in approximately a week later inquiring about the status of repairs. Was told , waiting on parts.Called a week later, was told additional internal damage was observed and additional parts were necessary.Called Nov 1st. Was told truck was being assembled and would be ready Thursday , Nov 2nd or Friday Nov 3rd at the latest.Called Nov 2nd. Was told truck was assembled and being detailed. Would be ready Nov 3rd, Friday afternoon. Called Nov 3rd. Was told , waiting on insurance to make final payment. One story after another. Excuse after excuse. Today, Nov 3rd. Still waiting almost four weeks.I understand this facility is busy but in my opinion, they should reevaluate their standard operating procedures and work on improving their overall customer service department. I made a mistake bringing my business to this establishment. Disappointed and frustrated.

I hope your management has addressed these issues with the team. I also would like to point out that I found it weird that my Tesla M Y P was constantly losing charge as if they used my vehicle to listen to music from during the duration the body shop had my vehicle. If my car was there for service it should not have required a recharge as many times as it did. Your shop was recharging my vehicle every night. A customers vehicle is not to be used as an entertainment vessel during a repair.

Horrible service . The guys there don't sound like they know anything about cars and become rude if you ask questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for car services . My car sat there for 2 weeks without any repairs done to it. And they are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Don't bring your car here. Don't matter if it's a Nissan Versa . Don't bring your cars here . Waste of time and money .

At first look, I was very satisfied with the work from classic collision. The paint match is good and the damage was repaired. I noticed a couple days later some wires hanging under the steering column and upon inspection it was clear that they had left a panel cover out from the steering column underneath and that left the Steering column exposed as well as the wire harnesses. I took it in to classic collision in Winchester today to get it looked at and they told me that it was never there. I bought this car brand new off the lot I know it like the back of my hand and I know the panel cover was there. They just told me nope, it was never there, like I don't know my own car. Very disappointing. It's a $50 panel and I just gave them over $1500! Sad they would discount my intelligence and my recollection of my own car.Not sure how many screws or bolts they left out that were "never there".
