This is my go to spot. It's convenient and close to home. I use my cvs in app coupons and I usually leave there with the best deal!!! "CV YES!!!!" I love how the employees are welcoming and if I'm stuck in an isle not knowing which product to get I have someone helping me right away. Shout out to Janice who goes above and beyond for me all the time. She is always ready to help and has the utmost patience when I'm having app coupon issues. She never rushes me or gets upset but walks me through it and I'm so grateful because I always leave a happier person, if it weren't for her and the other friendly employees I would've went to Rite Aid. CVS is my number 1 go to!

Came to cvs today for some swim diapers ... Janice was our cashier .... And she was a ray of sunshine .. her smile made my day ... the store was organized and nice ... I appreciate the friendliness... thank you Janice for your excellent service !!! Made my day

Do not get you Meds here. The pharmacy staff is just rude even the manager Emily. They change the rules everyday. Am calling in prescriptions from the doctor office for patients. They change when they want to take order over the phone or not for patients. They say the can't take them verbal since Jan 2022 which is odd bc we have called many times with no issue and have left voicemails which make no sense since they can't take verbals . Refused to help even though she knew the pt needed the medicine and according to the new law under section 688 they are obligated to fill the prescription if the systems is down which we told her and she said no and to tell the patient to go else where. Pretty much it's not her problem. They have the worst staff

I am so upset that the guy name jacob who works in the pharmacy cannot take my insurance over the phone.i called last week and the other helped me but i have to call optum to verify first.i am currently out of state up north and he cannot input my new insurance info to have my prescriptions refill?Everyone is nice whenever i go to your pharmacy except you.i have been in your pharmacy for 5 years.is this your customer service?

get some better workers they all just stand there no help at all they tell you to go to self checkout. I needed cash back and they told me to buy something then i can get cash back at the self checkout , so i buy stuff and then it doesn't work so i ask for help, i have to go back to the normal checkout at this point i've been passed around by 3 workers only to be told i have to buy something else now then she says i can't get cash back on my debit card that's on my apple pay... like maybe y'all should have some signs or something so you don't waste peoples time. some of us have things to do and can't just be standing around likey'all. be better omfg it's not that hard.

This CVS customer service is horrible, I came in Sunday closed to 6pm several weeks ago, the cashier was nasty and unprofessional, not sure if the manager was next to her when she asked him for authorizations on my transaction. He did not interfere but just stand there to listen how disrespectful and unprofessional she was. I have never seen this kind of customer services in my life especially it was coming from CVS. I hope The Corporate should look all these negative reviews and make the corrections for the business, otherwise no one will ever come back at least I am. In addition, the pharmacy staffs were negligent to my prescriptions. Some of my prescriptions never had expiration date on the medications, and also the Pharmacist did not warning me the contradiction, and side effects of the medicines I took, since I have multiple medications for the same symptoms. CVS is is filling for my medication. This is the Pharmacist's responsibility and concern for customer well being. Seem like they do not care.Not sure why the store managers did not take any actions due to many negative complaints. NEVER, NEVER come back to this store again. I had filed the complaint to district Manager but never getting the call back from him. Horrible customer services for both Pharmacy and Cashiers.

If you are getting your meds filled, you better be ready for a fight every time you need them. Also, you better double check they are filled correctly. One time they were out of insulin syringes and tried to give me ml syringes which would have caused an overdose. I tried to look past it as it was an accident.Secondly, every time I come in to fill my insulin it's always a fight. My physician sends over the scripts every time there is a dosage change. The pharmacy claims they got it. I spoke to someone over the phone and she confirmed she received my script with the correct dosage and she said it would be ready by 1pm on Friday. Keep in mind, I have explained to the pharmacist in person, every time there is a dosage change and why I need the medication and miraculously it gets override. It's not a controlled substance and it's crucial I have it. Today, I had to ask the pharmacist to call the insurance after she already tried telling me "well it's Friday and after 4pm I probably won't be able to talk to someone with your insurance. Why don't you go home and come back when you have 3 days or less left over." Keep in mind she never even tried to call the insurance. She just wanted me to go away. I shouldn't have to hold their hand when they already said they are going to fill the script. Then she tried telling me it's not her fault, they are just the middleman. For being a Friday after 4pm she got someone pretty quickly on the phone and it's still going to get filled.I will be looking for another pharmacy. This is such a joke. My only hope is for anyone who gets their meds filled here to please speak up when you need serious medications and to double check your meds are filled correctly. These mistakes can cause people their lives and should not be swept under the rug.

Janice from this store deserves a raise! Everytime I go to this store, she’s coincidentally there and she’s always with the best vibes ever! BEWARE OF THIS PHARMACY!! They refused to fill 2 medications for a special needs 5 year child that was for restricted airway. The CA law has changed that prescriptions must be sent electronic UNLESS it's issued from an Emergency room visit or Urgent care visit. These meds were prescribed after hours from an ER visit. I have spoke with an inspector from CA BOARD OF PHARMACY and they confirmed I am correct about the law. This pharmacy should have filled them. They were very rude about the situation. I am filing a formal complaint with the board. If you have a paper copy prescription from the ER that you need filled urgently DO NOT GO HERE!! Another local pharmacy did fill them without any issue.

I’m not usually one to complain, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. When we arrived at the pharmacy they were open and we checked to see if our meds were ready, and they said they were not but that we could wait. So we walked around the store for about ten mins and then headed back to the pharmacy, but as we were walking back they were closing down the pharmacy. So I walked up and asked why they were not going to give us our meds and all they had to say was that we didn’t have insurance on file and they needed to close. So that just meant to me that they didn’t feel like staying 5 mins to help us like they said they would. We ended up having to transfer to a 24 hour CVS and they were helpful, but only had one of the antibiotics we needed in stock. Basically that lead to me having to go the next day back to this CVS and I had to wait for them to open late and then another 30 mins for them to fill the prescription. Long story short worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

Place is very clean. The pharmacy staff is very professional. I recommend this place.
