I went through the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions and everything went well with that transaction. Unfortunately, I drove away before getting clarification on something and went inside to the pharmacy. I’m waiting there for a long period of time without any acknowledgment from the staff. They looked at me and knew I was there but no one has the decency to tell me they would be with me. They are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to acknowledging the presence of customers. Very selfish workers.

Got there at 5:30 on Sunday. They told me come back in 15 mins because they only had one prescription ready. Waited back in line at 5:45 for them to take 15 minutes to fill the prescription in front of me and then close the curtains. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Second time giving them a chance after switching because they never seem to have anything in stock and play phone tag back and forth for weeks at a time and being without prescriptions. Pure disappointment again.

This creepy old lady was hitting on my boyfriend while we were checking out. She made both my boyfriend and I very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and very creepy. Be careful around her.

Got to the store 8 minutes before they closed to pull money from the ATM really quickly and the short old lady employee closed the doors on me as she saw me walking in. I tried explaining that all I needed was less than a minute to use the ATM but she yelled "we're closed!" In an aggressive manner. It was 9:52pm when they close at 10:00pm so I really didn't expect such poor customer even though it wouldn't have caused any inconvenience to the employees. I felt personally insulted as she quickly initiated closing the doors only when she saw me walking from my car. Tried explaining through the door that all I needed was a quick atm use but she walked away as I was talking after acknowledging me. Terrible experience and would advise anyone to avoid this location as no one deserves to be treated like this.

Worst pharmacy around. They never have what’s called in never. Then if it’s pain meds they tell you can have three but you won’t get the rest. I don’t even know how if that’s legal. This is for a wound care patient. Run don’t let anyone call in meds to this place. You will never get them.

I love this CVS store - everyone is amazing and friendly. I especially love getting help from Amber - she’s always so knowledgeable about beauty supplies - helps with giving out samples and finding the best products.

Very disappointing with the CVS today.I go to the drive-through for the first time and they have two signs pick up and drop off so I pull up in the pick up and the guy tells me I need to go into the other line which is the drop off line so I had to turn around and back up and then there's three cars in front of me. I saw me get up there and the guy tells me oh your prescription is not ready you'll have to wait another 10 minutes.So then I go inside the store and or six people in front of me in line there's only one person handing out prescriptions one person. Unacceptable I want to switch over to Rite Aid.

Came to cvs today for some swim diapers ... Janice was our cashier .... And she was a ray of sunshine .. her smile made my day ... the store was organized and nice ... I appreciate the friendliness... thank you Janice for your excellent service !!! Made my day

The CVS store number 8848 in Benton Rd has been a great store with it's customer service. I Can not Thank Janice K. for her great service and having seen her honesty and integrity she deserves a great recognition. When a customer forgot her card she demonstrated her integrity by asking the other client to wait even when the client offered to take the credit card to the owner, just to make sure nothing goes wrong and the owner receives the card, she said she needs to deliver it herself and she took the card and assured the owner of the card received it by rushing to her. Do not get you Meds here. The pharmacy staff is just rude even the manager Emily. They change the rules everyday. Am calling in prescriptions from the doctor office for patients. They change when they want to take order over the phone or not for patients. They say the can't take them verbal since Jan 2022 which is odd bc we have called many times with no issue and have left voicemails which make no sense since they can't take verbals . Refused to help even though she knew the pt needed the medicine and according to the new law under section 688 they are obligated to fill the prescription if the systems is down which we told her and she said no and to tell the patient to go else where. Pretty much it's not her problem. They have the worst staff

I am so upset that the guy name jacob who works in the pharmacy cannot take my insurance over the phone.i called last week and the other helped me but i have to call optum to verify first.i am currently out of state up north and he cannot input my new insurance info to have my prescriptions refill?Everyone is nice whenever i go to your pharmacy except you.i have been in your pharmacy for 5 years.is this your customer service?

Billed insurance for a medication they didn't have in stock locking my daughter's medication from being able to be picked up at any other pharmacy location. Did not communicate they had received the order the first time and it was out of stock, when ordered a second time is when it was mentioned they were out of stock. Gross negligence on this pharmacy. Not the first time we've had a bad experience, but this is a whole different level.

Lack of customer service and serious trusting issues.Self-check out should be removed. There is no point of having it when you have the cashier standing behind like you are going to steal a gum. The problem is no one is at the register to help you out but as soon as the see you checking out they showed out of the nowhere. Do cashiers hide to not do the job?
