I usually go to vavoline for my oil change. As Jiffy lube is new to our area and closer i wanted to give it a try. Friendly staff ,pricing higher then Vavoline even after coupon plus you have to get out of your car. Seems like it takes longer when you get out of your car for the oil change plus maybe just my 23 Honda accord didnt have my air filter in stock. Had the the right part number but didnt fit. I was the only one there and seems like would have really taken a long time if there was any form of line of customers to make it happen.

It was done in a Jiffy. Took about 45 minutes with no wait (pulled up and pulled in).

Had an issue with my mini cooper and the guys here were determined to figure out a solution. After a couple attempts, problem was solved.

I got an oil change with a coupon to get free windshield wipers but had to purchase the 37 dollar windshield wipers. I hope I don’t get any more emails with coupons from jiffy lube in the future. I’m really upset and will never get any more service from jiffy lube.😡🤬

The place is friendly and thorough in their work. However, the service is incredibly slow. An oil change, from the moment you pull Into the bay, should not take 45 minutes. I observed employees constantly standing around talking, laughing, and taking their time with each task. Do not come here if you expect to be in and out in 30 minutes or less.
