The lady at the counter is rude and condescending! I’d rather give my business to someone who appreciates their customers and understands that without us, they don’t have a business. Their prices are also higher than other places. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!

Have been here twice and both times had to deal with incredibly rude staff who try to talk down on you. Would rather go elsewhere than deal with the incompetent staff at this location.

The worst postal annex ever. I called because a package I dropped off there 3 weeks ago is missing. The person on the phone was rude and dismissive. Learn customer service. Will never drop off at this location ever again. Packages go missing and they don’t care

Went in with UPS drop off and a prepaid label. Rude customer service who talks down to customers and refused to take the package. Said to take it to UPS. Very well Sir. Will do!

This has to be the worst Postal Anex of all time with rip off prices. Unless you’re dropping off packages to USPS

The other reviewers are correct. If you drop off UPS packages, such as Amazon returns, they will not give you a receipt. I still drop them off and have never had a problem. (If I ever do I guess I’ll be screwed…)
In general they are friendly and helpful. They also seem to be knowledgeable and try to send packages the best way available, but they still tend to be more expensive. You are paying for the convenience of the store being close and the lines being shorter, (in general).
Still parking is an issue and sometimes you can wait quite a bit for a lone clerk serving one customer with a long transaction, (including notary, passport photos, etc).
Still, knowing all this I end up here about half the time I send packages because it is so convenient.

Wanted to charge me $67 to ship a package......walked out, went to a Fed Ex company ship site and shipped it for $34!
The manager was surprised i walked out.
Look, I get it that u charge an extra percent to handle Fed Ex, but double is thievery, plain and simple!
Avoid t g ese crooks!

I went to the store today to dropped off 3 boxes and they didn't want to give me a receipt. He said, to go to the UPS store if I want a receipt. I had been in other Postal Annex and always gave me a receip. I took my boxes to another Postal Annex and got a receipt.

I've been using this location for a few years now. Never had any issues. Recently I shipped something through here using UPS, and UPS lost it. The owner did everything in her power to fight for my refund and claim to be paid (I did insure properly). UPS was difficult to deal with, but she perservered and I got my money back (which was a large amount). I can't say enough for how she handled this issue. Kept in contact with me via email and phone throughout the entire process. I will continue to use this location for my shipping needs. Thank you so very much for all you did!

I went there at 4pm yesterday and they were closed for lunch. Really?Went back to do 3-4 day mail and they showed me a screen of costs and they charge 3-4 times more than USPS/Fedex. Had misleading times on their screen they showed (2-3 weeks for basic mail). It's wrong they fake the delivery times for legit companies for their own gain.Their USPS 3 day was 110$ dollars and we paid 22 (with insurance) at USPS directly.Will never be going here again.

Poor customer service, errors on our setup, inadequate communication of hidden fees (3-day max on parcels in your box or you get dinged with a fee). Best of all, NO REFUNDS - even if you pre-pay for a year and need (or want) to close your box. The prices are almost double UPS! UPS has no package limit or 3-day max hold, better hours, and after-hours access. Look elsewhere for your mailbox needs. The owner is inflexible, rude, and doesn't know how to take care of his business clients.

I had called in and spoke to rose asking if they accept usps and if I have a package that's going to the same place can I put them in the same box but with two labels on it and she told me " she doesn't know and that that's between me and the post office" do you not work at the post office?so do you have a problem with it? Customer service is crazy nowadays
