Staff was amazing! They helped me with a missing belonging that by chance was dropped off by a good samaritan. The staff gave me a call and the belonging was returned. The 2 lovely ladies at the front were kind and great human beings. I unfortunately forgot their names but when they read this they will know who they are and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you again to the staff of this post office and especially those 2 ladies 🙏🙏 We need more people like this in the world 🙏

I’ve been here 2 times, both the blonde older lady was very rude. She acted uninterested and very dismissive towards customers all while being rude. The other lady was very kind and helpful, it’s just her.

1st of all the staff at this location are the absolute best!!! They're informative, courteous and always giving 110% and 2nd it's a convenient location for the locals.

I have rented a Po Box at this location for 10 + years, and it was a pleasure doing business here in the past. But for the past 2 years (new employees) I have witnessed this location go downhill. The lobby became messy, broken and missing waste bin, floors looked dirty, in need of a cleaning and wax. Po boxes vandalised and key holes damaged, and missing po box doors. I also noticed slower than usual delivery of my mail into my po box. The lobby was always open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Mon - Sat. Now they have changed the lobby hours from8:00 am - 4:30 pm. This is a huge inconvinience for people who work or commute! They need to change back to the previous lobby hours. Postmaster please take note of this.

The hours here are absolutely ridiculous yall have po boxes here for people who can only access there mail on your time unacceptableEither keep the doors unlocked or switch to a normal system as I work a night shift and basically have 0 time to get to my box. Fix your FREAKING HOURS

Closed at 2pm on Saturday closed all week before anyone gets off work. All i need to do is check my mail. I'm canceling mailbox here if they are ever open to do so.

Recent experience here , I had an interaction with the customer service woman by the name of Anissa, regarding my express mail. She doesn’t express the most positive attitude and tends to drag the place down. I’ve visited this office before and have had pleasurable interactions with all employees with no issue, but you can just feel a tension in the workplace.
