As Nancy said in her review, a year later and it's still true. No one answers the phone. They never have your prescriptions ready. You have to go in and waste your time in a long line just for then to come back later to pick it up and waste your time in a line again. Worst pharmacy I've ever used.

five minutes to even get the option to talk to someone live by phone and then they put me on hold for forty minutes. I want rip off my ears hearing it tell me the same line about forward slash vaccines. The music loop is incomplete too, so every thirty seconds the call goes completely silent and gets your hopes up. ITS FIVE THIRTY ON A WEDNESDAY.edit, we are at 50 minutes.Edit pt 2: Cashier told me to go die after telling me she would not refill my prescription. This directly conflicts with the last time I called. They did a partial refill because of a shortage and said I could get the last 4 at a later time. The main store manager would not listen to my complaint either so this is just something they support. Disgusting behavior. I hope they burn down

They keep other pharmacies out of the area by being here. They should close so we can get a real pharmacy. I've been trying to fill a prescription for 6 months and either the lines are miles long or they have lost it or they are just closed due to short staffing and I can never get it filled. They are often confused about the prescriptions. What's worse is that I try to fill a script when I'm in town and have time to wait but they don't fill it for 5-7 days. Then I have to get there before they send it back to stock. My schedule doesn't work like that. It's an impossible cycle of madness!!!

They NEVER answer the phone. You have to come down to the pharmacy to get anything done. They are rude and dismissive. They don't value privacy. I had a pharmacist yell across the pharmacy, "What medicine are you waiting for?" I'd prefer NOT to yell that information in the middle of the store. So rude! I swear they enjoy watching you wait!!! Go anywhere else! I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Been trying to get medication for over a month now. No one answers the phones. Pharmacist quit. Went in and there's a massive line just to get to the front with no guarantee to get medications!

If I could give it a - 1 I would!! lately every time I go in there the new cashier spends so much time trying to talk and argue with people about getting a CVS card that the line gets long and she doesn't focus on what she needs to. Everyone in line gets frustrated, she messes up the order and has to call for help which takes forever to come. It's insane. Today was the second day I had to actually leave the line and not get my purchase because it was taking so long! The poor older ladies in front of me kept apologizing, but it wasn't their fault. They told the cashier repeatedly they didn't want the card.

This is a review of my booster shot that I got at CVS Pharmacy in Windsor. I will break down the pros and cons of my experience:Pros:*Professional people that work at CVS Pharmacy*The woman that gave me my booster was professional, friendly, and helpful*Easy to book an appointement online *Detailed information for what to bring to my appointement via emailCons: *I arrived 15 minutes early and was not given a booster shot until 20 mintues after my appointment time due to the pharmacy being understaffed(waited 35 minutes total). Not that bad considering how many people were in line, although not ideal.* They are trying to promote a Fauci book with a big picture of him and the title of his book, which I viewed as tacky and distasteful. I think having this is not helpful at a pharmacy and felt disappointed with this decision from CVS* Not enough employees in the pharmacy area to meet the number of people in line to have prescriptions filled and Covid shots (please hire more people in the pharmacy so it can run well)* Not enough seating in this area (only three chairs total)*There was a blue partition thing right next to the check in area that they set up. There is not any privacy when getting your shot. * No wait time for people after being given the shot to monitor them. You can leave right away after being given a booster.

The pharmacy used to be really great but now I would have to say it's the worst in the county. I can't switch my prescriptions over because of my insurance is in cahoots with CVS but if I could I would go to Walmart in Windsor, that's where my mother went and they always get you in and out quickly

Why doesn't CV S to covid testing? They should. Meanwhile, at Windsor, the lines are long and now we have to self-check out. I use coupons and self check out does not work with coupons.YEs, the workers can be very hostile. No fun.
