Went to the pharmacy. They told me it'd take "15 minutes but probably less" to wait for my prescription. I waited a half hour and another 15 minutes in line. Once I got back up to the counter, they told me it'd be ANOTHER 30 minutes. I just left.

Bottom line, this place had abysmal customer service. The Pharmacists are most likely overworked, and the pharmacy is most likely understaffed (Nothing new post-Covid). Possibly because of the stress the pharmacists appear to be under, there is a severe lack of empathy for customers.

Awful, I really don’t know how this store survived the pandemic. I can only guess it’s because of the pharmacy. Couldn’t possibly be their outstanding high paced service and customer care. Put a Whole Foods there or at least let the automatic machine registers do all the work for you. Just give it up.
