Health First has absolutely saved me now on multiple occasions for the transitions my body is going through in perimenopause. I sought out the Health First store and staff for wrist tendonitis years ago and knew instantly after getting zero input from my medical doctor about perimenopause symptoms, to seek out their staff again as I had had such a successful experience in the past. Two years ago my complex, horrible perimenopause symptoms were resolved with Health First's high quality staff insight and supplements. Then three months ago, I developed severe debilitating acid reflux symptoms also likely due to perimenopause and through a period of trial and error, initially seeking out Health First for supplements then needing to get medical support with prescriptions and an endoscopy, I went back to Health First using the insight I gained through them initially and with their supplements have officially weaned myself off all medications (PPIs and H2 blockers) and now solely use their quality supplements. My reflux symptoms are completely manageable. It is quite literally a miracle. They helped me navigate an extremely difficult health situation. Health First has the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, incredible staff and high quality products. I can't thank them enough for helping me.

Anything this pharmacy makes can be purchased over the counter with no prescription. Search online for 'Bioidentical Grass Fed Thyroid' and 'Bioidentical Bi-Est Estrogen'. Health First Pharmacy changed my prescription without my knowledge or consent causing a year of suffering. Then HFP charged my credit card and sent me outdated medication. When I brought this to their attention they never offered to reimburse the several hundred of dollars they charged me for unusable medication. Deal with Health First Pharmacy at your own risk.

Rest in Peace, Mark Burger. So disheartening to hear negative comments about Mark. He passed away, but was the most wonderful, professional and helpful pharmacist I had ever met. This is the first place I go to get my supplements for immunity. All of the products are top quality and Terri, the owner is so knowledgeable. In fact, all of the employees are fantastic. So willing to help you. I have never been to a place where the customer service is so good. I never go anywhere else when I need a health product.

Heath First has just what I need when it comes to vitamins and skincare. In the event that they don't have what I'm looking for, which is extremely rare, the owner or her employees are always willing to look something up and order it for me. This lovely little business has a real community feel and great friendly service. The whole staff is so knowledgeable and willing to take the time to discuss any of your needs or concerns. Health First Pharmacy is a true gem among the corporate pharmacies like Rite Aid or Walgreens. I am very thankful that they are here in Sonoma County.

I bought a product in 2019 and was using it off and on for over a year when I realized that it had expired in April of 2015!! 4 years expired at the time of purchase. When I called with my concern and hope of receiving a new item, I was told that it was not possible for them to have had the expired item on their shelf. Well, they did because I purchased it and they can see that in their files. So to save your money, make sure you check expiration date. I will never give them my business again. I call that poor business and the fact that the owner implied that I was not being truthful is unacceptable.

I have crohns disease and severe allergies. Though this place is expensive, my Keiser Permanente doctors pressured medicine on me way more eagerly than here (plus the medicine is more expensive!). Terri gave me lots of great information and conceptual knowledge related to my allergies and chronic illness; some of which I'd previously read and confirmed in studies. Definitely recommend this farmacy to anyone who doesn't like getting a "side effects" booklet with their medicine.

Cool people that care. Lots of choices in this special 'compounding pharmacy'. A Compounding Pharm is 100% careful what goes into any treatment application. That's why they find out where the ingredients come from and how they are made. When I chose a pharm, this more intense look at purity always relives my cornerback at what I'm puttting into my body.

Such a lovely family run place. Wonderful people with high quality products. I live in napa county and go out of my way to come here. Terri the owner gave me and my gf super fun makeovers and I learned so much. I had just walked in for gum and got to chatting with her. Will be sending our own patients here. Would highly recommend.

I'm sorry but your prices are outrageous compared to your competitors. If you truly cared about your patients you would not fleece them for 25-50% more then competitors prices. I won't be back.
