Bought tires once from a competitor, but never again. Les Schwab isn't cheap but they service flats quickly, efficiently and with care, and have convenient locations.

This place closes at 6pm. I walked at 4:55pm to swap out my old tires for new ones... along with an alignment. I already purchased the new tires that need to be installed... they're in the back seat. The german woman with the heavy accent asked if they could help and I told her yes. I said I needed new tires and an alignment and so she called someone to help me. When the guy that came to help me started getting the process started with paperwork. ALL of a sudden the German woman said there is no more time. It would take too long so I said let's cancel the alignment and just do the tires... she grabbed the guy helping me and walked to the back and came back a few minutes later to tell me there's no time for that either...... If you ever come to this place be there when they open... otherwise they won't help you after their lunch break.

I went there for one tire and it took over 5 hours. Don't go there without an appointment. They will give excuses for their lack of service.

Took it for 2 tire repairs, passenger side front and rear, when I came to get it the next day the rear tire was still flat, now they called the first day and told me it was fixed they replaced the valve stems, and when I told the service writer that it wasn't fixed and I had to have it at storage at 4, it was 3pm when I got there, I was told, I don't know what to tell you because there are people ahead of me, it was supposed to already have been fixed, so come back by 5pm, I waited in the parking lot till 4:45, and when I went in, that lady had left and didn't tell anyone about me and my truck, so the finely brought it in, and the guy that worked on it told me that my steel rim was too rusty, I told him use your diegrinder knock the rust off of it and use the black sealant, I used to work for Goodyear doing tires, and then he tried to tell me that it was leaking from the dry rot, he showed me, it was not, it was leaking at the bead, I told him exactly what to do, he did it, and guess what, the tire is still holding air, but what I could not understand was it was in front of the windows you could see it from the inside, not to mention I saw them walk past it 5 times while I was waiting, so it sat for a day and a half with employees walking past it the entire time and nobody said anything to anyone, and did nothing but make excuses why it wasn't fixed, but since I had to educate this guy on how to repair it and nobody apologized to me for their mistake, I won't be taking any of my vehicles to them ever again, which is unfortunately for all parties.Train your employees on how to handle situations like this, take responsibility, but train them to look at the cars in their lot, because most likely if it's in your lot, you either have to work on them or already have worked on them. Because the guy did finally what I told him and the tire is still full and doesn't leak anymore.

We have been loyal customers here for some time but this last time we were pressured to get four tires, when in face we only needed 2 and the car was returned with a cracked windshield. On top of that, not much effort on rectifying the situation. Hoping to send a positive updates post.

Pros: they got me right in, and completed my requested service needs.Cons: they forgot to check and add air in my tires; making my dash warning light stay onThe tire CSR attempted to “mansplain” to me, another man with 15+ yrs previous experience in auto tires and service, how and when/why tires are rotated. Lol he ultimately did as I asked, so, not to bad. Front desk lady was very professional and courteous

On a road trip down from Oregon, we noticed a huge gash in our tire at 5:15 in the afternoon. We called this Les Schwab dealer and spoke to Claire. She told us to bring it in right away. She, Tim and technician Jacob got us fixed up with a new tire Long after they should have been closed. Super nice people who went out of their way to help us out. Thank you Les Schwab in Windsor, California!

Great place for tires. Fast and efficient and courteous services with customer service in mind. There was a misunderstanding with the charges however. When receiving your quote, double check that you understand the charges before finalizing the deal. We were surprised by about $700 with the final bill for a set of tires for our F350.

I dropped my car off Friday for a flat tire repair. They did get it back to me within a reasonable time. Said I had half of my life left in my tires. The next day woke up with the same tire flat again. Went back Monday to have them look at it again and they came back saying I needed all 4 new tires because they were all pretty close to bald but recommended at least 2 new ones. Quoted me between $400-$600 for 2 tires! I decided to go to Costco where I got my tires from. They said I did need a new tire but the rest of my tires were completely fine. I've never had a great experience with Les Schwab but this has confirmed I will not be returning ever. Completely awful customer service. COSTCO FOR THE WIN AS USUAL!

Okay so they're amazing and I actually went there and there was like give or take 10 workers in the service department, well I asked a lady that worked there if I could get some help with a flat tire and she said just one minute please. So I'm waiting and a couple minutes later and everyone literally went outside and just ignored me. I have had jobs where the customers are always helped right away! I guess it's backwards here. I'm really disappointed that I wasn't able to do business with them. Well I hope them the best but I won't be recommending them to anyone. Thanks for showing me how professionals treat people.

I went in for a alignment on my truck and was done within a hour, when I took it back on the freeway it still wandered to right, so I took it Back and Rueben explained to me all specs were properly done and that the Freeway has a crown for water runoff, so he recommended just rotate front two tires, it worked perfect now Geoff and Rueben were courteous and explained everything I like the fact the alignment tech originally took my payment and explained everything good job, I will consider tires when I need them

I wish I had better to say. It I made an appointment to get 4 tires put on my car and didn’t get out of there for an hour and a half. They did not update me and I had to ask what was up. I saw my car sitting on the lift with the tires off for 45 min and no one working on it. If you are short staffed just let people know. I could have rescheduled. I do believe 90 min for 4 tires with no complications is excessive.

3/31/23 i make. A online appointment for 11 o’clock and. Still here. Is. Going to be. 2:00 pm and. Still doesn’t. Do. The. Alignment just rotation and. I ask and. He. Said one. Car is infront of me. On the rack having problems but I don’t. Care i. Have and. Appointment at. 11 am this. Place is. Ridiculous and. Bad. Communication with customers they. Just look at you but they don’t. Said anything at. All what’s. Going on you have. To. Ask.and they. Have been. Good. To me. In the past with all my. Cars but not anymore I was there waiting from 11:0@ am to 2:20 pm
