Terrible employee service, bad temper and bad customer service in person and on the phone. I don't know if they lack staff but they need more training.

I called to make an order very politely and the person on the other side was very disrespectful for no reason. Yelling at me for “not” saying my order loud enough is ridiculous when I was talking right into the speaker. I was asking for the price of the pizza and he practically yelled it at me. After that I asked how long it would take and he hung up quickly. He also gave me so much attitude I can’t believe Little Caesar hired this guy.

System crashed when I paid and they told me I had to pay again. I showed them my checking account and that it said it went through. They told me I had to pay again and that if I got charged twice I could go in the next day to get my money back. When i went back they told me they had to contact their management and that they’d call me. I’ve been following up with them since, I never got the call and over a month later I still don’t have my money back. I told them i’d just take a coupon but they told me no to that too.

Horrible customer service makes you feel very uncomfortable. You have to work to get their attention. They lie to you about how long you will have to wait. Got food poising the last time I ate here. How is this place still in business? Lots of 1 star reviews. They seem to favor certain customers.

Food is hot and fresh but they will put pepperoni on everything you order without you asking. Three times I have ordered a jalapeno and pineapple pizza to receive a jalapeno and pepperoni pizza instead. The employees can't read well and can't make orders accurately. Not a suitable place to pick up food during your lunch break or if you're in a hurry.

Worst service. Pizza wasn't done 40mins after pickup time, told it would be 15mins more. The folks couldn't cancel order and left us to our own devices. don't order from here ever.

I went to pick up some Italian cheese bread and waited there for 30 minutes that so ridiculous. I get waiting 5 minutes even 10 pushing it but 30 MINUTES is insane to me. Don't go there

I put in my order on line for a 10:30 pick up. I got my verification email within a couple of minutes. When my order was ready I got another email letting me know my order was ready. The process was quite effortless and so convenient! Once I got to store, the person at register didn't really acknowledge me so I went ahead and greeted him with a "good morning! How are you?"....the guy responded with a quick "mornin'" and went to the back. I proceeded to walk over to the pick up portal, punched in the code that was sent to me, got my pizza and that was it. The store was clean and organized. No customer service what's so ever, but whatever. I got my food and I guess that's all that matters. Pizza was delicious so I'm a happy camper.

Ordered Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme and Liter of Diet Pespi. Received Regular Pespi and a raw pizza. When you lift up the toppings there was at least 3/8 " deep RAW dough. Not edible. Call Windsor store to ask what happened and the worker just set the phone down and left me listening to him help other customers. Terrible food and terrible customer service.

Not impressed with the deep dish pizza they shrunk the pizza, under new ownership they charge u for little thing ridiculous raised their prices over priced absolutely ridiculous I asked for extra sauce they didn't add it very dissapointed, I will never go there

Unfriendly employees. We have had several bad experiences here and this time we ordered on the phone and we we went to pick it up with our newborn baby they told us the man on the register forgot to put in the order and we had to wait 15 minutes. When we were waiting we heard the employee talk about us in Spanish because he assumed we only knew English.
